To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 可能新開張啦,好多人排隊,等左20分鐘先有位,不過都值得嘅嗌左個全日早餐,滑蛋岩岩好,吾會太熟,入口好滑好香厚切豬扒都岩岩好,外面少少脆,入面啲肉食落口吾會’’鞋’’口,又吾會好油膩。沙律如果可以多返啲芝麻醬就好啦,得面個幾塊有醬,底個啲食落口好大草青味,個人麻麻地,所以要靠醬遮一遮。但整體係吾錯架,價錢合理

蕭生開設的時代冰室是近排的人氣食店,之前已經食過九龍灣的分店,可能附近多寫字樓關係,放飯時間日日大排長龍,座位環境亦比較迫,而今晚到慈雲山這間相對坐得舒服,裝潢摩登乾淨,貼有幾張舊電影海報。價錢可以是大件夾抵食。餐牌的選擇多得有點選擇困難症。常餐、特餐、即炒粉麵飯、燒味,精選套餐及特色食品等。點了極尚。濃花膠滑雞湯石配飯/烏冬,加$12 還可以轉全脾,大大份都只是$62,當中還有三塊女士最愛的花膠,口感軟淋,有比手掌還要大的咸雞脾,還有一些肉丸,娃娃菜,蘿白,蟲草花及杞子,材料十分豐富,湯底亦很夠味。而無骨海南雞飯,大大份一樣是$62,無骨的海南雞啖啖肉,沒有太多的肥膏,油飯都頗香,附上三色醬油。每款飯餸還附送例湯及餐飲。

點了極尚。濃花膠滑雞湯石配飯/烏冬,加$12 還可以轉全脾,大大份都只是$62,當中還有三塊女士最愛的花膠,口感軟淋,有比手掌還要大的咸雞脾,還有一些肉丸,娃娃菜,蘿白,蟲草花及杞子,材料十分豐富,湯底亦很夠味。

上次買外賣,見到個西多勁吸引今日要來堂食先得下午茶都好多人等位,等左6張枱。。。終於到我地喇本來諗住食全份西多的,點知個全日歐陸早餐的相更加吸引所以就揀左呢個可以滿足我多個願望的餐滑蛋無食,但個樣就幾靚仔。豬扒厚切,嫩。但醃下,有啲味會好啲。薯餅但好油半條脆皮腸,我至愛胡麻沙律,正常,蔬菜新鮮。牛角包唔係好酥脆,但都有少少,咁的價錢,可以接受。期待以久的西多點知有啲失望5cm厚,有花生醬饀。可惜炸得唔夠時間,唔脆,食落係一嚿吸左好多油的包無下次。雞翼炸得好乾。呢個上次外賣食過一次,好正因爲有脆皮腸所以細佬今次都叫左呢個。不過條腸同上次就唔同,好似無煎/炸過咁,白saisai.不過都無損佢的美味下午茶餐可以加5有小食。我地加左兩個炸薯角yummy。。。熱辣辣上枱會再encore

今朝人較多 ,等了15分鐘先至入座。環境可以,尚算舒服,點左個瑞士雞翼湯公仔面,牛角包配奄列,凍奶茶。個面太淋,湯明顯冇味,瑞士雞翼乾像隔夜,都係冇味既跟住牛角包好濃,質感偏硬蛋賣相一般,很多鑊屎凍奶茶飲到底竟然有檸檬我返去柯左好多次走的時候去了洗手間打算洗手,看到廚房內的食物放在地上處理,旁邊就是洗碗,很嘔心,而最大問題是剛從廁所出來的廚師沒洗手,以後請我都不幫襯了 ,看來要向食環反映一下這個情況。

以後請我都不幫襯了
,看來要向食環反映一下這個情況。

疫情開始穩定下來,終於等到Fitness Centre 解封,不過每班人數都只限最多8人,好不容易book到yoga class,今早起床先來個丰富早歺,儲足能量再參加期待已久的瑜伽班🧘🏻‍♀️我家區內有間Red Rice米飯主題歺厂重新裝修開張,不過已改名為(元卓飲食集團)旗下另一品牌:時代冰室。歺厂以懷舊電影劇照做主题,牆上面寫著「味道依然不變」給食客帶來一点煥然一新的感覺!早歺$34 香滑炒蛋伴牛油厚多士,沙嗲牛肉意粉🍝,熱奶茶☕️
