To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前作為食肉獸🍖無肉不歡食菜🥬當然係好少,因為肉好滋味,菜就淡而無味。但有時食得太多肉,都唔係一個健康✅嘅選擇。慢慢轉變,都想試吓每個星期都搵一日食吓素食🥒。呢間素食專門店算係多花款,連早餐素食都有,真係要寫個服✌️字俾佢。盆菜🥘、壽包都可以預訂,咁大時大節都可以食得好健康🫶🏻🫶🏻。平時經開,都會叫個素食腸粉🥰【食後感】📝✔️自己混醬(豉油、甜醬、花生醬及芝麻)✔️10分方便,層次感10分豐富🤝✔️腸粉夠滑、軟綿綿嘅感覺✔️有少少爽滑煙靭✔️米香味都食得出,但唔係好明顯

我今早趕著去講書,離開荃灣地鐵站時,心想著未能坐下來食個早晨全餐。行經富華中心,見到天天素食有素食腸粉,$14有4條,$17有 6條,$20則有8條。我企在街上食野(俗稱掃街)已是小時的事,現時趕時間,迫著掃一次街啦。我點左素食腸粉$20,自己混醬(鼓油、甜醬、花生醬及芝麻),站在舖旁吃,估不到腸粉好滑好食,下次定必回去吃。

想喺荃灣搵一間食齋都咁困難,由於疫情關係,決定買外賣返屋企一家人食,媽咪鍾意食酸齋,滷味齋拼盤係我哋必食推介!礙於我唔係咁熟荃灣,真係只可以靠OpenRice 上網搵資料,最終搵到間近地鐵站嘅,不過冇乜人寫食評,原來價錢已經貴咗好多。最終我要左一盒八寶齋,$80 一盒,仲要阿姐態度極差,十問九唔答。我仲加咗三件腐皮卷,$25。其實唔係好明點解齋要凍冰冰,返到屋企又唔得閒加熱,最終食唔到好味,反而腐皮卷有少少🤏油膩感覺。媽咪就話質素一般,最緊要叫我下次唔好再喺呢度買。原來咁多人排隊只係食豬腸粉

香港已經越來越少這類型的素食外賣小食店,這間素食店有幾間分店,小食種類都頗多,亦好新鮮。我買了齋叉燒,酸齋,砵仔糕及芝麻卷回家給家人一起分享。酸齋好新鮮,好有兒時食的味道,因為好耐冇食過。好喜歡他們的芝麻卷,幾滑。齋叉燒都可以。砵仔糕就一般,不是很滑。
