聽人講得多啦,終於黎到呢間茶記「杜記茶餐廳」食呢個好出名既「腐乳豬扒飯」,相信出面麵好少甚至無得食呢個飯。一入到去,普通茶餐廳,裝潢好簡單仲有啲殘舊,座位唔算好多,要去食就要早少少去等位啦,但見係出名有好野食,咁點都要坐下等食啦。「腐乳豬扒飯$40+炒底$7」呢到係奉送例湯既,不過就唔包餐飲(熱飲+$6/凍飲+$8),聽人講呢個飯一定要轉炒飯底先好食嫁,咁就梗係要試下啦。等左都有10幾分鐘,終於有得食啦。例湯就普通老火滾湯,好多瓜類,咩都滾埋一齊,幾好飲。腐乳醬就會另上既,豬扒都算大塊(已剪好上碟),但豬扒都比較薄身,炒飯底用蛋炒得好香好粒粒分明,唔太油膩好乾身,另配上有鹹炸菜,幾惹味。食既時候自行撈上腐乳醬,連埋炒飯同豬扒食都幾有一番風味,好特別出面食唔到,不過就唔好撈咁多,因為腐乳味道都比較濃鹹既。值得推薦大家去試食下既,好好食!

望著上水已經變成藥房區,一間一間熟悉的舊店消失,心中不無唏噓,只好珍惜當下的時光,多點光顧來支持。杜記位處橫街,人流不多,反而可以避開昂貴的租金,未知是福是禍。由於是老店,所以有盤菜預訂,幫趁當日,就有團體訂了好十幾個,場面令人食指大動。下午茶時段,只簡單的點了麵餐。餐肉雞蛋牛肉麵滿滿的一碗,將所有食材都堆起,老板仲加多兩件雞翼尖,大概只有這種老店先有的人情味,牛肉並未醃至失去肉味,餐肉不會煎得過火,公仔麵淥得剛剛好,不錯。凍檸檬茶已叮囑少甜,但甜度仍太強,不過茶味幾香。雖然店有點殘破,但客人與店員彷彿有默契,是少有的人情味。

腐乳豬扒飯。你吃過腐乳嗎?相信一定吃過,尤其是在炒通菜時也會茖腐乳的。但是這裡卻把腐乳當成為一個醬汁,豬扒不落黑椒汁,茄汁,洋蒽汁或粟米汁,偏偏就是腐乳,把乳乳做成醬汁實屬少見,把豬扒蘸上腐乳,那種鹹香的感覺,刹那間卻變得惹味,沒有那種慣常醬汁的苦悶與死實,帶來的卻是驚喜和新鮮的感覺,只是豬扒卻沒有煎得鬆脆,但有份軟腍和咬口的感覺。鹹香和軟腍的咬口,或者別處也未必吃到。

如果唔係睇到U MAGAZINE推介,相信呢世都唔會搵到呢間隠世茶餐廳.雜誌重點介紹的星洲炒米,的而且確,香口而惹味,不油不膩,好重香茅及各種咖喱香料的芬芳,非常有層次,反而冇咩辣味,米粉亦炒得乾身,同芽菜,蛋絲,火腿絲,青椒絲配搭得啱啱好,果然名不虛轉.老公要食飯,是但點了滑蛋牛飯,牛肉+蛋非常滑溜,冇咩可以挑剔.我的熱奶茶,茶味香濃,可惜用玻璃杯上,比較大杯抵飲但太燙手難拎.老公的凍奶茶就飲得極快,因為柯打時忘記要少甜,本來有啲擔心,但飲落又覺得啱啱好以上兩個午市套餐都係賣$26,呢度凍飲係唔使加錢的.入門口時見佢煮緊馬來咖喱麵,賣$23包飲品,個樣好似幾正,又俾自己一個再嚟幫襯的機會, 哈哈哈.非常驚喜的發現,而家仲係第一個食評添

老公要食飯,是但點了滑蛋牛飯,牛肉+蛋非常滑溜,冇咩可以挑剔.

我的熱奶茶,茶味香濃,可惜用玻璃杯上,比較大杯抵飲但太燙手難拎.

老公的凍奶茶就飲得極快,因為柯打時忘記要少甜,本來有啲擔心,但飲落又覺得啱啱好


以上兩個午市套餐都係賣$26,呢度凍飲係唔使加錢的.

入門口時見佢煮緊馬來咖喱麵,賣$23包飲品,個樣好似幾正,又俾自己一個再嚟幫襯的機會, 哈哈哈.

非常驚喜的發現,而家仲係第一個食評添
