我哋一家去了這裏好多次,之前食物質素不錯,雖然服務態度一般,今次老公生日飯,用佐差唔多二千幾,食物質素麻麻,最慘係我哋叫咗刺身、懐疑唔新鮮,食完後我們一家相繼又嘔又屙,攪咗成個週末,雖然我哋冇100%証據,但最大可能係佢哋,因為果晚食的刺身特別係海草似乎不太新鮮,真係另人好氣憤。 continue reading

同朋友閒閒哋,嗌咗間鐵板燒放題搏一搏。一入去,就聞到陣陣炭香,有種好有feel嘅感覺。哥個鐵板燒真係有料到爆!蟹籽沙律既口感彈牙,每啖都爽口得嚟,啲三文魚同帆立貝,新鮮得滑咁過喉,平平地一個開始都滿足到我。這裡嘅活鮑魚同大虎蝦,真係夠晒霸氣,口感夠晒Q彈,海鮮sweet到令人懷念!跟住落戰嘅係法國鵝肝,滑溜溜嘅質感,入口即溶,太正喇!至於安格斯肉眼,燒得剛剛好,外層微微焦香,肉汁滿溢,嗜肉一族必選。佢地嘅日式炒飯同炒野菜都做得夠味,炒飯粒粒分明,野菜仲保持到清脆。最後嘅雪糕,簡直係一個perfect ending!整體來講,這個鐵板燒體驗真係物超所值,離開時已經計劃緊下次幾時再嚟!🍜🍢🍧 continue reading

拉開這家鐵板燒的門,就仿佛入咗一個味覺嘅樂園🎉。首先打前陣嘅係明太子龍蝦沙律,個明太子實在係正到不得了,同埋沙律菜爽口得嚟唔油膩,鋪底真係一流。跟住上場嘅雜錦拼盤,每樣海鮮既新鮮又去腥,吞拿魚嫩滑啖啖肉,帆立貝鮮甜得滯,一齊食落去真係夾硬添。煎得啱啱好嘅大虎蝦,蝦肉彈牙得嚟仲唔失水份,口感一流;蝦膏滋味足夠,豬油撈飯嘅好物🍤。講到法國鵝肝,簡直係滑唔溜手!煎到外皮微微焦香,入口即化,真係食到停唔到口👍。最後嗰碟日式炒飯,香蔥、雞蛋同米粒完美結合,香味撲鼻,炒到啱啱好,絕對係收尾大團圓嘅最佳代表。整體嚟講,呢家鐵板燒的確令人驚喜連連,每一樣食物都費盡心思,令人由頭嗌到尾,味蕾都滿足得一籮筐。附帶一提,店員服務態度又好,令呢場「美食秀」更添幾分光彩👏。如果想食返普普通通、有家鄉味嘅鐵板燒,嚟呢度應該唔會失望! continue reading

突然想食鐵板燒,之前嚟過食ok,所以再訪。選這的原因是價錢合理,食材不錯,份量很足料,訂位不難。今次點了個刺身鮑魚鐵板(二人)套餐,包括:蟹籽沙律雜錦刺身拼盤(3款)(三文魚x2/帆 立貝x2/牡丹蝦×2)原隻活鮑魚大虎蝦法國鵝肝美國頂級安格斯肉眼(薄燒)日式炒飯/雜菌炒野菜/麵豉湯雪糕鮑魚及虎蝦也大大隻,再加埋大大件的鵝肝,很滿足!薄燒安格斯肉眼也不錯。晚飯每位約七百元,總括而言以這些食材及質素來說,抵食之選。 continue reading
