從前上馬料水大學, 錯過了雍雅山房. 為免重蹈覆轍, 心中一直計劃要到小白鷺, 大埔另一家特色餐廳.一拖又是幾年.今次先到小白鷺上層的tolo paradise燒個烤.先說食物, 種類不多, 但味道都好算是新鮮, 而且醃製得宜.我最喜歡的, 是配套一流, 醬料錫紙沿沿供應, 可以自己落手落腳整色整水, 特別滋味.Tolo Paradise比一般自助燒烤場乾淨企理得多, 必須大讚.加上美景在前, 令人心曠神怡.下次到小白鷺去. (貼士: 建議致電預留有蓋風扇位. 切記自攜蚊怕水.) continue reading

自助燒烤任食到是第一次聽説有此類餐廳~ 在加拿大總是自己在公園或后花園燒小白鷺地下是另外的餐廳,走到樓頂便是分開的專門燒烤區,環境很不錯,風景也好~食物類別不多,普通的牛扒、豬扒、腸仔、雞翼都有~ 串燒只有1款~ 菇類菜類都有有提供錫紙自己包好離燒~ 海鮮得青口、蝦、唔知咩魚~ 用架燒,非常方便不用插來插去都係燒得個幾件野~ 最好的屬豬扒+腸仔+豬肋骨~ 醃得非常好味~牛扒同雞翼就差D~ 味道怪怪的,不像平時燒到的味道~ 服務員會不時加碳,服務幾好燒到1半落雨,激死~ 遲唔落早唔落燒野食離落~~ 換了有頂的大木屋,可惜燈光實在不夠根本睇唔到D野燒成點,即刻無曬癮~ 又熱又鋦,仲要檯檯有吊扇我地個檯就壞jor =.="燒jor 1輪就無癮買單~ 2個人224個大洋,任食是幾抵的~ 用料不差,算係甘的了野外的空氣很好,選擇好天時離就絕對沒錯~ 碰上落雨環境就真係變好差~ continue reading

今日同屋企人黎左呢度bbq, 我地係ta po kcr坐左hkd20 taxi就到喇, 除番都係一人幾蚊我地6個人, 計埋野飲=hkd740, 話平唔平話貴唔貴我覺得d野食都算好食(比起出面d bbq地方), 係牛排唔係太好食蝦, 雞, 豬排亦係我覺得最好食既野至於service, d staff唔係太主動, 不過你叫到, 佢地都會serve你, service是可以的環境方面都唔錯呀, 因為唔太迫, 感覺無咁熱, 同埋D VIEW都唔錯, 可以影下相TIM! continue reading

星期六晚 六點半開始 $128/位 (不包飲品)食物: 扇貝, 青口, 蝦, 多春魚, 牛豬羊扒, 金沙骨, 雞翼, 丸類只有牛丸和魚旦, 蕃薯, 粟米, 腸仔, 金菇, 沙津吧等.先要係大埔火車站搭約$20的士才到達. 位處天台, 環境開揚, 有湖景同火車聲. 雖然嗰爐係用炭嘅, 但就唔係用燒烤叉住d嘢食嚟燒, 係喺爐面嗰架上用鉗燒, 嗰爐同隻鉗都幾燒ga, 天氣再熱d就相信會好難搞啦!食物味道普通啦... d海鮮refill得比較慢lor. 最好食係羊扒, 少少羶, 厚薄適中, 燒起上嚟肉質又唔會鞋. 燒嘅食咁熱氣, 飲品係好重要ga, 呢度每支嘢飲最低消費要十蚊, 加埋車錢, 其實都幾貴幾唔抵啊! continue reading
