早前lunch 時間在街上碰到舊同事,大家很久沒見所以約定來一個午敍,我就決定約佢來我至愛的午飯日本食堂,貪這裡坐得舒適及食物質素有保證。今次我們揀左兩個午餐先來麵豉湯同前菜我當然是order 至愛的鮑魚蟹糕飯,一粒粒的鮑魚粒配上蟹糕加上雞蛋拌勻 冇得輸已舊同事就點左燒牛排,燒完仍然保存肉汁配上甜甜醬汁飯一流,件牛排份量不少跟餐還有三文魚刺生或加州卷可以選擇刺生新鮮肥美不是下價貨式最後還有甜品雪糕奉上,有好幾款味道食日本餐緊係選綠茶味啦!

燒雞泡魚乾 was pretty good although I personally preferred more crispy ones. They were pretty chewy and juicy like those beef jerky. They had really rich and fresh fish flavour.

Very thinly sliced snapper sashimi so there were no tendons and almost melted in your mouth. Very fresh and rich in fish flavour. There was an accompanying special sauce which seemed to be something with yuzu. Delicious!

The sashimi on the platter were all of very thick cut. The best items were the toro of course which really melted in my mouth and were so fresh. The shrimps, although pretty small, were another of the best items which were pretty fresh with not much water. The 赤貝 were very fresh and juicy too, better than many other seemingly better restaurants. Other sashimi were nice and fresh in general too.

Can you tell the uni sushi were all covered by so much uni. The uni was of top-notch quality, super fresh and free of weird taste like elsewhere. Seaweed were of course very crispy and fresh too. The salmon roe ones were nothing as special.

We finished our meal with fish soup. There were tofu inside. We were told that different types of fish were used as ingredients and they started making it in the morning. It was really so so thick! You can tell by the layer of collagen? on top like those rich soy bean milk. It was really so hard to drink such a good fish soup outside. It was highly recommended.

My friend bought us dinner so I didn't know the exact cost of the meal. In terms of food quality, it was definitely pretty good. Location was convenient too with attentive service. Would definitely come back from time to time.

Appetizers we have Crab meat salad, California roll and/or salmon sashimi, beef, grilled lobster & salmon & cuttlefish & scallop , fried vegetables at the bottom, 2 miso soup with seaweed/tofu , desserts is ice-creams with different favors . it’s not my first time trying this lunch yet! 餐廳食物水準不錯,魚生刺身均十分新鮮; 雖然價錢偏貴,但份量十足,尚算對得住它的收費。
是晚雖然有訂座,但被安排坐在中間的位置,與鄰座只有一塊簾之隔,兩張座椅根本與沒有分隔是沒有分別,略欠私隱度,環境亦較嘈吵。
服務算不錯,不時有員工收拾碗碟及添熱茶。
這間餐廳食物不算驚嘆,若預算充足,友和總算是一間有保證的日本料理。

自小喜歡吃日本料理的我,父母每年都會在生日帶我去吃日本料理,友和一直都是其中一家。除了生日以外,每當爸爸説要帶我去日本料理,我就知道肯定是去友和了!年紀尚小的我,雖然知道友和索價不菲,不過還是會雙眼發光地馬上跑去梳洗準備出門。小孩子嘛,雖然不至於認爲金錢從天上掉下來,但卻也確實不懂掙錢之苦。

後來長大了,也搬家到了九龍,到友和的次數少之又少。某夜九點多,在六點多才吃玩完下午茶的我們意猶未盡,煩惱著該到哪吃晚飯。小吃略嫌不健康,卻又怕吃不下正餐。沒想到友人突然提議到友和進餐,沒想到他早年也是友和的常客,日本料理分量好控制,我們便即興到那邊吃飯了。

到了友和,裏面的裝潢變化不大,但相熟的侍應卻已經不在了。可能是平日晚上的關係,餐廳也不太熱鬧,不像以前那樣一桌難求。由於我們也沒有太餓,就只點了一些新鮮的生魚片、生蠔和鮟鱇魚肝。我們還點上了一瓶小的清酒,不過清酒來到了已經急不及待地開喝了,照片也沒拍。

鮟鱇魚肝,就像是海鮮界的鵝肝,喜歡的人很喜歡,不喜歡的人卻一口也不願吃。我跟友人剛好都是鮟鱇魚肝的愛好者,便毫不猶豫地點了一份。這邊的安康魚肝做得比外面一般的餐廳出色。入口甜而不膩,配著醬料和清酒,一人一口,很快就吃完了。

侍應推薦我們點上一些生蠔,説是新鮮到貨。顧著聊天的我們也沒有細問,便點上了每人一隻。生蠔鮮甜,不用加上檸檬或醬料也容易入口。口感比較肥厚,我吃完一隻就夠。

生魚片是請侍應幫我們選擇的,份量也是請他幫我們剛好弄成兩片,太多只怕會浪費。生魚片全都新鮮好吃,但別少看這五件生魚片,全部都厚切重油香,吃完就已經想要改戰壽司或熟食了。

我們原本還想點上一些串燒,但吃到這裏已經太飽了,畢竟六點多才吃完下午茶。其實我以上評語都還蠻正面的,爲什麽說今非昔比呢?其實無論是食物質素還是服務,友和的確是比以前退步多了。以前友和算是香港數一數二的日本料理,但現在在價錢、質素和服務比它好的,大有人在。唯一還是很欣賞的,就是它那隱私度高的設計。包廂比外面的桌子好像還要多,可以一邊看電視,又可以跟朋友高談闊論。以後有特別的場合的話,友和還會是在選擇之一。但最好還是跟爸爸來吧,畢竟他會結賬,哈哈!

每次與閨蜜們gathering 一定來友和,因為友人與店舖大厨認識多年,會預留一個靚房給我們所欲言。每次來食魚生,次次都很滿意,魚生夠新鮮、肥美,啖啖咬落口D魚油在口裏溶化,非常滿足。粟米鮮甜無比,清洒蘿蔔煮花螺食到口唔停三文魚頭鍋我嘅至愛出埸啦!三文魚好滑,好有魚鮮味,湯底鮮甜可口,我和閨蜜們次次食光這個鍋之後,大家都覺得好開心,好滿足!每次和好友們來此店都捨不得離開,大家傾下,食下, 細說往事,值得懷念的一個夜晚。
