To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下午四點，經OpenRice平台於茶湯會訂飲品。因為到達店面嘅時候，有很多人排隊。大概等了半小時， 4:30 ，開始覺得唔對路，等了半小時都未有飲品，問店員，我經OpenRice訂了的茶飲，為什麼還沒有呢？請問你有沒有接單？店員用非常惡劣嘅態度：部機壞咗呀嘛，接唔到單架！你重新喺呢度落過啦！首先，作為顧客，點會知道你部機壞咗？你一係喺收銀處度貼上不接受OpenRice預訂。或者應該通知OpenRice，店舖部機壞咗，沒辦法經OpenRice去訂購。咁樣真係唔係太好！
