To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去左尚德翠華LUNCH,鐵板聽聞做得好出色,而且叫做一個餐有主食、湯仲有飲品,真係不錯的選擇,仲有質素既選擇不多,所以都推薦翠華鐵板雞排配薯菜好香既鐵板燒雞,大大塊肉,好足料,再加上薯菜,的確好夠飽。鐵板牛柳絲炒意粉炒得好香,再加上鐵板上,真係好夠鑊氣,食唔停口菠蘿油冰加牛油真係好細心呀,好欣賞依個配合, 菠蘿油的確係無得頂。廚師推薦雞肉炒飯果然係廚師推薦,真係好香,足料同有口感超級滿足同滿意既一餐,而且服務都不錯~

將軍澳尚德翠華店，我經常都會過嚟食，常常滿座，人流快所以都好快有位。我好鍾意食翠華的豬仔包同埋叉燒飯。座位卡位都舒服闊落，職員執拾爽手有禮貌。💚神之叉燒飯叉燒燶邊最香最好味，肥瘦相間，肉香濃厚。💚魚四寶 + 米線份量好多，魚肉香味夠，另外加$10要一碗米線，咁樣分開點真係超豐富。💚奶油豬每次食翠華必點，夠膽夠煉奶香味。仲有點了秘製海南雞飯，菜，凍啡熱奶茶，食到好豐富好飽，都係每人$80左右，性價比高。
