📍塚田食堂喺選擇困難之下揀咗依間 (原本好想食壽司/牛扒, 但係壽司已經連續食咗3日, 想食嘅西冷又賣晒😮💨) 都係食返日本嘢啦✨❣️滑蛋鰻魚定食見到menu張圖, 莫名俾佢吸引咗😹雖然我覺得個貌相同想像中有啲啲出入, 但係又好make sense. 試咗嚿蛋先oiishi✨第一啖唔會話好surprised 但係會越食越鍾意🫶🏻壽喜燒汁好好咁mix+吸收落隻蛋到, 🥚好似海綿咁,餸飯一流✨雞蛋真係好好味🫶🏻鰻魚不過不失不過唯一真係覺得都幾唔滿意嘅就係隻碟…唔知係咪有少少生鏽…有幾啖陣味勁怪☹️💰98❣️午市附有free bar

晚餐聚會,我們選擇了位於將軍澳的日本料理食堂。這裡的簡約和風裝潢,環境寬敞,卡位又多,讓人感覺非常舒適。餐牌上有唔少定食選擇,價錢亦都相當吸引。🍱 我揀咗13品料理御膳。這個超級豐盛又精緻嘅定食最適合有選擇困難症嘅人。我就鍾意佢包含勁多蔬菜,比較健康。而最得我心嘅係味道濃郁嘅蒲焼鰻魚、比較少見又有特色嘅海草莖黃豆沙律以及健康美味的羽衣甘藍蘋果核桃沙律!🍲 和牛美人骨膠原火鍋定食。每個座位都配備了電磁爐,讓人可以一人一爐地享受火鍋,既方便又衛生!火鍋定食的食材豐富,色彩繽紛,造型可愛的濃厚美人骨膠原湯底更是亮點。 湯味濃郁,唔需要任何醬料調味已經好夠味。和牛油花分佈均勻,肥瘦適中,入口即化,讓人驚喜不已!🥘 另外兩個定食 … 鱈魚定食及豬扒雞扒骨付腸鐵板拼盤也非常有性價比,值得一試。For our dinner gathering, we chose a Japanese restaurant in Tseung Kwan O. The simple yet stylish decor, spacious environment, and ample seating made it very comfortable. The menu offered many set meal options at attractive prices.🍱 I opted for the 13-Dish Kaiseki Set. This incredibly rich and refined set meal is perfect for those who struggle with choices. I loved that it included a lot of vegetables, making it healthier. What stole my heart was the richly flavored Grilled Eel, the unique Seaweed Stem Edamame Salad, and the healthy and delicious Kale Apple Walnut Salad!🍲 The Wagyu Beauty Collagen Hot Pot Set was another highlight. Each seat had an induction stove, allowing for a convenient and hygienic hot pot experience. The hot pot set was rich in ingredients, colorful, and the adorable, thick collagen broth was a standout. The broth was so flavorful that no additional seasonings were needed. The Wagyu beef had evenly distributed fat, was perfectly balanced between lean and fatty, and melted in the mouth, leaving a delightful surprise!🍲 Additionally, the Grilled Cod Set and Pork Chop, Chicken Cutlet and Sausage Iron Plate Platter were also great value for money and worth trying.

刚来的时候看第一眼觉得有一点小贵,但是呢,坐下来看见周围的人吃的东西都挺丰盛的,我很好奇他们吃的是什么,于是我就坐下来了一个套餐,我看一个套餐可以选六样东西才150块钱很划算,我就点了一个套餐,里面有鱼,还有南瓜卤薯,还有三文鱼,还有肥牛里面还有牛油果沙拉,还有炒菌子哇,那个米饭真的香很好的大米,另外了差的速度也非常快,基本上在15分钟就那个把所有的菜都上齐了我觉得在香港就是这样子的好的餐厅很多要慢慢去发现价格虽然有一点小贵,相对于六70块钱而已,但是真的很好吃,也很丰盛,里面有一条鱼哇,算是一半条,我以为就一个小愉快,远远超出我的期望,非常推荐

沙律吧平平無奇,冇雪住啲菜,有衛生風險。蜂蜜綠茶完全冇味,感覺好似加咗水稀釋(有落冰,但茶係室溫,如果落冰就會太淡,咁都係餐廳問題)。主食問題巨大,飯量少而凍,食兩啖就冇咗八份之一。天婦羅一般,溫度唔高,唔似即刻炸,唔點汁基本上冇味,茄子炸得唔算好透,唔知點解有紅椒。點名批評溫泉蛋燒牛肉丼,牛肉多筋,洋蔥生,有茶樹菇(唔合適),最大問題係沙律醬,完全唔搭,破壞咗成碗飯,難食過UST飯堂。以上種種加上過百嘅價錢,建議所有人都唔好入去。
