晚上大約6點一行2人食晚餐。叫了兩碗配炸雞翼的麵。一碗等了一陣就有,而我個碗等了15分鐘都仲未到。於是我問侍應幫我睇睇,侍應講雞翼未炸好要等,我話可唔可以上左個麵先,雞翼後上。點知個侍應大大聲同廚房入面講,上咗個麵先喎,等唔切喎😡😡😡個下嬲到即刻話乜你地咁講嘢架咩。乜叫等唔切呀。。😡😡😡雞翼炸緊唔識同客講要等多陣,等我好聲好氣問先講話未得,仲要大大聲講話等唔切喎。而家究竟係乜嘢態度😡😡😡😡😡同收銀反映後,話唔好意思,話會教育下佢哋。唔好意思都無用,會永久black List😡😡😡 continue reading

每次夜遊大埔墟,都會諗吓食乜嘢特色晚餐,大埔其中一樣必食懷舊菜,就係中學時期很掛念的炸豬扒上海麵。東記上海麵 喺廣福道好方便,霓虹光管裝修充滿活力,新舊交融。一入舖頭就會聞到一浸濃烈的竹筍味,提醒我陣間一定要食。豬扒雲吞上海粗麵一睇Menu好掙扎究竟係食炸豬扒好啊定係食炸雞翼好呢?既然兩樣都咁有人氣,一於試晒兩款。炸豬扒金黃酥脆,鬆軟可口,多汁美味。上海雲吞,菜肉雲吞,健康清新,很棒口感。配搭上海粗麵,口感不錯,掛滿湯汁。雞翼炸醬生麵餐廳的生麵底很爽彈,炸醬微辣不油膩,炸雞翼香酥軟,味道鮮甜,非常多肉汁,越食越開胃。墨魚條竹筍上海粗麵十分推介炸墨魚條,是這裏的人氣小食,爽口竹筍充滿店鋪懷舊特色,香濃味道,上海粗麵口感腍滑,百吃不厭。炸雲吞脆皮Q彈的炸雲吞,香氣四溢,加上鮮美的雲吞餡料,搭配特製甜辣醬汁,吃到一口接一口,絕佳選擇!凍鴛鴦最後嘆番杯茶記風味的凍鴛鴦,爽爆! continue reading

今日有事要去大埔,路經熟食中於是上去碰碰運氣,食我一直好想食嘅炸豬扒雞亦!一上到去平日都咁旺八成坐滿,而大部份人都係叫炸豬扒雞亦,於是我都不甘後人即係叫!一上枱賣相已經好吸引,炸得好香脆雖然碗湯麵係淡左小小但已經冇所謂!大家如果去開大埔不仿上去試試, 但供應有限上晝去一定有得食! continue reading

大家都知大埔街市有兩間賣一模一樣的生炸豬扒、雞翼上海麵,之前食過另一間嬲到出劣評,今次在廣福道見這間有分店,就試一試。店內裝修很有心思,是懷舊風又擺放了很多大埔的舊風景照。【淨豬扒拼雞翼】屬於典型的港式炸物拼盤,份量絕對夠6人享用。豬扒炸得外皮金黃酥脆,內裡肉質尚算保持嫩滑,但稍微偏乾,可能因為油溫掌控不夠精準。雞翼的調味適中,外層香脆,內裡多汁,表現比豬扒稍好。整體炸物略感油膩和偏咸,建議配搭蔬菜一起吃。【雪菜肉絲拼菜肉雲吞】雪菜的鹹香與肉絲搭配不錯,但湯底的腩汁味道不太濃稠。上海粗麵的口感適中,份量極多,超飽肚。菜肉雲吞的餡料算扎實,但外皮鹼水味道偏重,微微影響了鮮味。【牛筋拼炸墨魚條】牛筋炆得夠腍,入口即化,是整道菜的亮點。炸墨魚條雖然外酥內彈,但味道略顯咸,要浸泡湯底一起吃。【菠蘿梳打】是清爽的飲品,帶有微微的菠蘿甜香,梳打水的氣泡感也恰到好處,解膩解渴。 continue reading
