星期日下午來tea，網上見食評幾好，叫左個桂魚泡飯同梳乎厘同一杯果茶。不過侍應服務相當港式，應該係平時生意都幾好先會咁。個泡飯幾好食，靚米靚料。梳乎厘就麻麻，焗得唔夠透好似BB糊仔咁，果茶一般貨色，唔係好值得叫。

It's been a while truly enjoying a meal. It's been a very long week that my dear colleague introduced this cafe during our lunch break. We were lucky to get a seat without any wait. My salmon ochazuke with temagotaki was served decent and neat. Salmon ochazuke was just right portion. A small bowl of well cooked jasmine rice soaking in some lightly seasoned broth. It wasn't tasted savoury but very light umami. Broth was also soaked with some 'pops' which gave every bite a little crunch. Love the thick cut rectangular grilled salmon. A stronger taste to lift up the dish and thus became a highlight of the whole main. It was cooked just right with lightly brushed teriyaki sauce.Temagotaki was thoughtfully cut into pieces. Right amount of sauces with perfectly cooked soft egg. Absolutely delicious and hearty. Ice americano was a happy round up for my palate. Whole experience was recharging and satisfying. Will definitely come back for more goodnesses.
