To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實牛扒調味正常,但是真是好難咬開,我連用刀都切得幾辛苦,明明看落煎得幾好(medium),薯菜就正常好食。
我覺得科技大學有其他更好既選擇,不過可能其他食物是好食只是我無食到,如果我會再去就應該會試下d pizza。
“nachos”,那芝士不足夠也不均勻,味道還可的,不過這種罐頭食物,也不會錯得那𥚃去,而且那牛油果醬味道和蕃茄碎味道都ok,合格。
“慢煮美國側腹牛扒”,剛剛切下去有點困難,以為它很韌,但它是慢煮的,怎知原來是刀有問題,換了刀,其實挺嫩的,味道不錯,不過汁是跟黑豚扒的汁是一樣的,我們一桌才點了兩個主菜,為什麼它不問我們一下呢?擺盤也沒什麼講究,整個菜,最多算合格而已。
“慢煮西班牙黑豚扒”,你看,跟前面的牛扒是不是同一個模樣呢!?🤭 味道還可以。至於那兩粒炸的東西,在這盤中的位置明顯,以為是主菜一部份,但味道一般,像在快餐店吃飯一樣(但它應該是蕃薯波波)。
“蕃茄芝士紫蘇薄餅” Pizza Magherita,ok啦。
埋單沒加一,其實都不算貴,不過如果它加多點兒心思在擺盤和配菜上面,CP值應該會更高,客人入座率也不應該這麽少。

佢係西餐廳嚟,lunchset 八十幾至一百幾蚊不等,我就同朋友叫咗一人一個餐…不過呢度真係試一次就夠,可一不可再…睇埋落去就知🥲

❌上枱我已經呆咗,佢竟然將會出汁嘅牛扒放薯條差上面,不出所料,薯條濕晒腍晒…🍟🥲
❌隻煎蛋格格不入,搞到變咗快餐店早餐牛扒餐咁…🥲
❌重點:牛扒薄切,$148 你薄到咁?! 仲要我order 7成熟,不過咁嘅厚度點煎都全熟啦😀..
❌質地唔駛講,又柴又乾,咬到下巴都酸..牛味無乜,同平時去大快活食到嘅差唔多,不過人哋會平3/4咁解🙃
生果正常,因為唔駛煮🙂

走中價位路線嘅西餐,俾啲咁嘅嘢客人食,真係食到成肚火🔥🔥🔥🤬建議大家唔駛食,去campus嗰邊個cafe仲好☹️
