Great value for money. Requested less shari in advance. Each neta had a different topping. My favorites were the sweet glass shrimps rolled with a crispy piece of seaweed, crab meat with crab miso and the seasonal firefly squid. Chutoro was very tender and melted in my mouth.

Shine muscat aroma yet not too sweet. Long finishing.
◆福寿 純米吟醸
Dry like autumn sake. Paired well with aji and hotaruika.
◆七賢風林美山 純米酒
Strong apple flavor. Smooth and silky hitogokochi.
