突然其來的消息，Veda將會關閉, 在前總廚的邀請下，有幸出席fairwell party, 帶著依依不拾的感覺, 吃了最後一頓fairwell cocktail~~走入廚房往往都是最多美食的, 最後一次到訪這個廚房, 廚師們在百感交集的情況下，給我送上美味的印度fusion canap廥, crab cake w tomato salsa雖然tomato salsa的味道不太豐富, 但蟹肉鮮味又彈牙, 一口一件, 頗為飽肚的~~~不知是心情影響還是怎樣, Samosa的皮層了一點, 炸得太久才出來serve, 皮都不脆了. Tandoor chicken今晚的味道好像比以前的辣得多, 不過依舊做得乾身又香滑, baked potatoes加上紅椒及辣味粉, 加上新鮮出爐, 脆脆的外皮, 軟軟的薯仔, 真的配合得宜, 都是飽肚item之一全場由印度DJ打碟, 播放印度音樂, 以往的枱椅setting都不見了, 大家都在依依不捨的情況下舉杯暢飲, 並且相信, 我們跟Veda會有再見的一日~~~

上星期同事海迪帶o左我食印度lunch buffet原來響亞畢諾道.. 小張舊時都響附近返學地方環境清靜. 只有幾檯商務客同一檯闊太沙律尚算新鮮. 蕃茄湯都飲得吓其實真係唔知點解印度菜乜o野都有豆? 頭盤好多味都有咖哩方面, 個人覺得雞(Masala)比較做得好.. 咖哩亦係好多豆類甜品方面- 好似咩都甜得滯. 甜品都有豆!九十九蚊位自助餐\都算食得過應該叫.. 戆豆自助餐
