朋友食過話呢間素食餐廳好好食,老公一向食素,所以一齊試吓晚飯,真係有驚喜。😋😋黑松露羊肚菌椰菜花飯(食晒先醒起影相):好似意大利飯,加咗碎椰菜花,更有口感,羊肚菌好多,成個飯口感同味道都好好,老公食唔停口,呢個一定要試!👍🏻冬蔭公蕃茄椰菜花飯(食到一半先記得影相):份量都幾大,冬蔭公味少少辣剛剛好,味道調得準,好開胃。金鑽菠蘿印尼炒飯(跟晚餐)好正常既印尼炒飯,味道不錯,如果入面有菠蘿肉會更好,唔係只係用菠蘿放啲炒飯。😆跟餐既燉湯好正👍🏻,一定要飲,入面有龍眼肉,蟲草花,菇等等,足料夠火喉,我連啲渣都食晒!跟餐仲有個小食,我地㨂咗串燒,又係唔記得影相。好有肉既質感,加埋沙嗲汁,真係好似串燒,好惹味,仲有啲沙律喺底,小食既份量都唔少。睇得出餐廳用心經營,用料足,每款都各有特色,令素食都唔悶,呢個價錢係物超所值,會再光顧!

金鑽菠蘿印尼炒飯(跟晚餐)
好正常既印尼炒飯,味道不錯,如果入面有菠蘿肉會更好,唔係只係用菠蘿放啲炒飯。😆

跟餐既燉湯好正👍🏻,一定要飲,入面有龍眼肉,蟲草花,菇等等,足料夠火喉,我連啲渣都食晒!

跟餐仲有個小食,我地㨂咗串燒,又係唔記得影相。好有肉既質感,加埋沙嗲汁,真係好似串燒,好惹味,仲有啲沙律喺底,小食既份量都唔少。

睇得出餐廳用心經營,用料足,每款都各有特色,令素食都唔悶,呢個價錢係物超所值,會再光顧!

其實兩樣都唔係🤣,版主係想介紹一下最新去左杏花邨🌷新開的素店 蔬芙Veggie Souffle ,和朋友來了一頓「梳乎」的晚餐。

蔬芙的晚餐分為兩大類:

散叫:有小食、素刺身、湯羮、粉麵飯、小菜 (美饌及蔬菜豆腐兩類)、甜品,以及店方特別介紹的「自家制棷菜花飯」

套餐:包括頭盤 (四選一)、湯 (二選一)、主菜 (八選一)

如果以價錢來說💰,感覺上選擇套餐是較抵食的,可以試試較多種類的食品,於是我們就決定揀選兩客套餐了✌,以下就來一個「華山論劍」(素食版)----「蔬芙論素」,比較一下頭盤、餐湯和主菜。

1️⃣頭盤黑松露蜜汁叉燒 VS 泰式木瓜海鮮沙律

叉燒口感軟熟,味道上有少許甜。在黑松露和蜜汁兩款調味材料之間,以蜜汁的味道較突出。

木瓜海鮮沙律🥗感覺清新而帶微辣,頗符合「泰式」的標準。帶辣味🌶的沙侓,不是經常吃到,挺新穎的體驗。

兩者來說,沙律會較吸引

2️⃣餐湯:養生燉湯 VS 菠菜濃湯

菠菜湯的味道算是中等的濃,湯中有一小塊麵包🍞,朋友吃的時候,說可能因為浸得耐了一些,所以麵包變「淋」了。所以,如果選濃湯的,⚠️要趕快把麵包吃掉喔!

和西式湯品相比,中式湯品的材料通常是較多樣化的。而這個燉湯的材料亦很豐富,燉湯和食材的鮮味相輔相成,緩緩的喝下燉湯,會覺得身體內出現一股暖流,工作一整天後的疲勞感覺也稍為減少了。作為「放工後嘆返盅」的選擇,燉湯是不錯的。

這次的中西比拼,中湯勝出

3️⃣主菜:日式海鮮薄餅 VS米蘭燴牛膝配番紅花意大利飯

A:賣相~薄餅勝

薄餅的色彩繽紛鮮艷🌈,反而牛膝飯只是「一堆紅色🟥的東西」加上「一堆黃色🟨的東西」,賣相吸引度上,後者實在遠遠不及前者

B:估佢唔到的程度~牛膝飯勝

薄餅的餡料,明明白白的呈現眼前,真係唔會有乜野估佢唔到的。而家又唔係玩求婚💕,你估會食食下薄餅咬到鑽石戒指咩💍,冇可能囉

相反,望着那堆紅色和黃色的東西👀,心中在想,所謂的「牛膝」究竟係乜呢,就是紅色一粒粒的東西嗎?原來把紅色東西的表層撥開後,便會發現其實掩蓋着一塊「蓮藕餅」(即是所謂的「牛膝」)。看到這兒的朋友,現在來了一個「餸透」🙈,減少了大家未來點選這款食品時意想不到的程度,先說聲不好意思喔

C:味道~各擅勝場,不分軒輊

雖然名為海鮮薄餅🍕,但似乎薄餅上「點點黃」的菠蘿🍍是更引人注目的,菠蘿的數量看上去挺多,令薄餅有着啖啖甜味。而薄餅底是酥皮底,脆而不油👍,也值得一讚。

至於牛膝飯中的椰菜花飯,乃是由店方自家制(餐單上有詳細介紹),比白米飯🍚健康。至於「牛膝」,內層是蓮藕,外層是以腐皮包着新豬肉。蓮藕口感適中,不會太硬,不過由於蕃茄醬🍅的味道頗濃,所以不太吃得出新豬肉的味道。

題外話:「小」的迷思

最後,為甚麼標題是「小梳乎夜」,而不是「大」呢?🤔話說,在某youtube影片中,腦細問昇爺,點解要係節目名稱前面加「大」字,昇爺話聽落好似creative d嘛😆。咁版主這個有點「抄考」成份的標題,冇咁creative,所以咪加個「小」字囉

I bought fm this restaurant 2 days in a row coz it was so good on the 1st day when i had a set with soup n drink. Disappointingly i m sure they served the same pot of soup the next day because the color n content of the soup turned into super black n tasted a bit funny so i had to throw it away😣 i hope they will improve

疫情下難得可以會友,決定試一試呢間響杏花新城新開嘅素食店,結果令我地喜出望外。新舖開張,餐廳晚市提供多款Tasting menu,價錢由$108至$138不等,包頭盤、湯同主菜,款式選擇唔少,對有選擇困難症嘅朋友黎講要花d時間。Tasting Menu 估唔到都有咁多野揀,一次過試唔晒,最好每一叫一款交換試。有別於傳統素食,呢間素食店食品款式配搭新鮮,有驚喜,從賣相睇出廚師嘅心思同功夫,值得一讚。掛住食,仲有好多美食都唔記得影。下次再試過。

在杏花邨的杏花新城東翼新開了一間素食餐廳,都是主打走中、西、日的新一派素食,款式都多,不過新開期間只供應套餐而沒有散點,同時惠顧套餐可以半價享用飲品或甜品,整體水準一般啦,我選擇了桑子咕嚕肉配十六穀飯($108),套餐有一款頭盤及一款湯,頭盤我選擇了松茸醬蒟蒻刺身花,有爆珠做伴碟,味道清清地都晤錯,蒟蒻刺身有清幽松露香,賣相都好美。而湯就選擇了黃耳蟲草花冬菇燉湯 ,個湯好清,菇香甜美,都好夠熱咕嚕肉用了桑莓煮甜酸汁,個汁有桑莓的微酸,但始終不是用菠蘿就缺乏了一份甜香,淮山有少少偏腍,而咕嚕肉就晤脆,不是用猴頭菇,而用了麵筋,另外十六穀飯又是偏濕有點腍,勝在纖維高可吃得健康。環境都好舒適又寧靜,服務都不錯,都好熱誠地介紹了餐廳的菜式給我,都會同客人了解下問下意見,抵讚。
