JUL 31, 2009 (FRI) LUNCH 昨天剛出院,CK約咗出嚟食餐飯,慶祝一下康復出院,食餐好嘅!坐低一陣,先送上兩杯熱水,連水壺上!Order 了食物後,先送上一籃麵包,係蒜蓉焗長法飽,香脆熱辣辣,加上我最愛嘅黑醋 & 橄欖油一起食,真係食麵包都夠享受 la !前菜大家都選咗:牛油果配大蝦沙律 ~ 大蝦頗多,牛油果清新,令人感覺好開胃!MAIN COURSE我選了:八爪魚意大利飯 意大利飯整得非常出色,唔會太軟或太硬,本身不太愛吃八爪魚嘅我,都覺得八爪魚鮮味香濃好入味!但個汁就太鹹,鹹到覺得有少少苦!熱檸水 本來檸水就無咩好講,不過一間高級餐廳,拎出嚟D檸檬係變哂色嘅!真係幾可怕,唔知係咪日本溫室種植架呢?咁都唔寫 得丟掉,就咁拎出嚟俾D客,會唔會太離譜呢?好貴架咩!唔計加一我個餐都要 $178 SET,唔係咁呱!CK 選了:炭燒肉眼扖拚薯仔火箭菜肉眼扖肉質幼嫩,肉味濃厚,且無渣無跟!百幾塊錢一個SET LUNCH有咁嘅扖食好OK la 真係!火箭菜好新鮮非常多!熱咖啡呢間咖啡出名好飲,滑而極香濃!NEW YORK CHEESE CAKE芝士味濃且香滑!今日服務我們的侍應應該係新嚟的,因為在此從未見過佢,不過一間高級餐廳見到佢實在覺得有點兒略遜!行路行到拖吓拖吓唔在講,仲寒起個背,真係好礙眼,收嘢又唔問人仲要唔要,最基本嘅禮貌都無,ORDER 飲品前後再返嚟問過3次,兩杯嘢係咪真係咁難記,就真係要問問佢先知 la !如果呢個四眼弟弟仲有心做嘅話,真係要拎個心出嚟返工先得la !最起碼最基本都要有呱!禮貌 & 記性呀! continue reading

我28號生日..所以老公仔就帶左我黎呢間我地成日經過都話要試的餐廳坐低d waiters都好好招呼...我地叫左個夏日2人套餐...叫左2杯house wine...所有野都好好食...分量都岩岩好...每人有頭盤...湯...意粉...主茶...甜品...tea/coffee我地叫哂所有野share..先講個頭盤:鵝肝 - 超級正!!蟹肉沙律 - 麻麻地...我唔太鍾意個味~跟住到個湯:蕃茄湯 - 好似食跟肉醬意粉...不過唔係好咸...但我都唔係好鍾意...雜菜湯 - 幾好..好清淡..但如果鍾意濃味的你可能會覺得無味意粉:蜆肉天使麵 - 味道好好..但略嫌意粉唔係 al dante..但老公話覺得ok蕃茄醬長通粉 - 我好鍾意個味..但都係覺得個通粉硬左d主菜:lamb - 5成熟..質感勁好...100分!!大蝦 - 味道都好好..不過個肉質好似散左d...扣少少分甜品:個chef好有心機咁擠左好靚的happy birthday不過影完相d甜品已經melt哂... continue reading

昨晚吃了二人餐.讚:食物水準好, 侍應有禮貌離譜1:麫包, 頭盤 和湯都上得很快, 以為餐廳順應香港人既節奏, 都ok啦. 跟著旁邊檯子剛來的二人都要了這個餐, 正當我們等待antipasto時, 看著旁邊的他們吃麫包, 食頭盤和飲湯, 結果我們差不多等了30分鐘, 兩檯的antipasto一起來了, 這時我們終於明白為何要等這麼耐, 原來要等埋一起上, 難道大廚以為我們是同檯的? 結果整頓晚餐由8:15吃到10:15……..離譜2:跟著的main course都是跟隔離檯一起來的, 我們比隔離檯快了點吃完, 就order了gelato, 又等了一 會, gelato終於到了, 但原本是3個球的gelato, 我的就變了2個球, 剩下的一個已經溶了, 老公的更是3個球溶為一體, 不過gelato是比較易溶的, 於是都照吃了. 但我們吃完的時候, 生日歌唱起來了, 原來隔離檯的Raymond生日, 他們唱完生日歌, 拍完照, 玩完一輪, 看見他們的gelato 仍是完完整整的3球……原價1088, 埋單時只是8佰多, 原來二人餐有7折, 如果有openrice coupon更有6折, 價錢算ok啦. continue reading

5月14日(星期四)晚,已經很久沒有和女友慶祝拍拖紀念日了。為慶祝我和女友拍拖已經十個月,特意選了在女友公司樓下的這間高級餐廳吃晚飯,順便希望給女友打打氣。IFC商場的大部份餐廳都很高級且消費不菲,午餐也動接要接近二百元,晚餐更昂貴,難得見到OR有優惠卷來這裡吃晚市二人套餐有六折,經計算連加一後仍比正價平了三百多元,當然要來試試。雖然“正日”我要返工而女友要練琴,惟有順延至這天罷!事前當然親身來訂了位和確認了可以使用優惠卷,但始料不及女友竟然早收工,比我預計的時間早了一個小時,惟有向waiter表明因由,而那位笑容可躬的waiter很有禮貌地帶我們入坐,原來當時餐廳內祇有兩至三檯客。由於已事先表明吃Summer Delight 套餐和使用優惠卷,負責我們那檯的waiter祇給了我們該餐單和drink list,而初時我們以為每道菜祇可二選一,落單時他說可以各人選一款,就這樣決定罷。值得一讚的是,當他問我們喝甚麼,我問有沒有tap water,他沒有黑面之餘更主動問:「暖水好嗎?」,細心週到!落單後很快就奉上麵包, 各款麵包擺放得很精美,不過女友不愛吃麵包而我也怕吃得太飽,所以每款祇是輕嚐,雖然不算得上有驚喜,但也質素不錯。題外話,通常我吃麵包祇愛醮黑醋,但年輕的侍應卻有點堅持的“建議”我要下些橄欖油,惟有依他罷!吃著麵包,頭盤不久後就來到了!AntipastoRoasted Ball Pepper with Crab Meat Salad(燒波椒蟹肉沙律):波椒爽口清甜,蟹肉很新鮮更吃到有淡淡的蟹肉味,沙律亦很新鮮;Baked Duck Liver with Caramelized Almond(焗焦糖杏仁鴨肝):雖然鴨肝比不上鵝肝般甘腴美味,但也口感軟綿,而且廚師把鴨肝焗得剛好,軟硬適中;杏仁烤得香脆可口,不過略嫌焦糖味不夠,反而我最喜愛的是那塊吸收了鴨肝油脂的多士,很美味;ZuppaItialian Vegetable Soup(意大利雜菜湯):湯底充滿著濃郁的牛肉味,卻很清甜,而且下了大量的新鮮蔬菜粒如西芹、甘荀、蕃茄、青瓜和腰豆等,味道和口感都很豐富;Rich Tamato Soup with Herbs Bread Crumb(蕃茄濃湯配香草飽糠):用了大量攪碎了的新鮮蕃茄來煮的濃湯,喝到蕃茄的清甜,但也真的很酸,喝到一半不得不和女友交換;Primi PiattiTagliolini with Clams in White Wine(白酒汁大蜆意大利幼麵):一看就知不是用坊間一般普通的花甲或大蜆,蜆肉肥美嫩滑,而且非常很新鮮,因為吃時蜆肉還帶有海水味,再用淡淡清香的白酒汁,非常美味;意大利幼麵不算al dente,但也爽口幼滑;Penne with Pancett and Asparagus in Vodka Tomato Sauce(酒香蕃茄汁意大利煙肉露筍長通粉):雖然吃不到有“酒香”,但這個蕃茄汁的濃度比剛才的蕃茄濃湯“輕”得多,清甜醒胃,煙肉的咸香配以新鮮的露筍,伴著長通粉來吃,味道不錯,可惜長通粉煮得有點硬,不然味道和口感都會更好;Piatto PrincipateBaked Lamb Chop with Pitachio Crust(焗開心果羊扒):未上檯時已聞到很香,而且焗得剛好,是我們慣常吃的Medium well,肉質嫩滑不韌,羊味濃郁,可惜不夠羶;開心果成了襯托品,因為我和女友最欣賞的是蕃茄上的麵包糠;Baked King Prawn with Spicy Tomato(焗辣蕃茄汁大蝦):辣蕃茄汁祇得「香辣」而味道卻不辣,而且有蝦羔的味道;大蝦本身已是爽滑彈牙,肉質鮮甜,廚師烤得火喉剛好;DolciItalain Gelato我選擇的Tiramisu Variations,是由意大利軟乳酪味、巧克力味及特濃咖啡味三款gelato組合而成,還有一條手指餅,三款雪糕味道並不算濃厚,但口感軟綿幼滑;女友選擇了Snow Mountain,記不清楚是哪用了三款雪糕,但全部都是白色的,而且弄成類似螺的形狀,賣相精致。至於味道,見到女友吃得津津有味,應該是很美味。來到接近尾聲的餐飲,女友要了杯Strawberry Love,我沒有喝,而我依舊點了熱咖啡,雖然入口細滑,但我嫌咖啡並未夠香濃,感覺上始終好像欠缺了些甚麼。整頓晚飯氣氛很好,餐廳佈置優雅舒適,寧靜和諧,服務更是細心週到,每位都殷勤有禮,笑容滿表,男經理更是典範。話說落單後我想拿餐牌拍照,他就索性給我一份放在隔離檯,讓我慢慢細看,當他問我們是否需要些飲品而被我拒絕時,亦沒有黑面。其實我很想給這間餐廳滿分,奈何就算使用了OpenRice優惠券,仍是覺得有點貴,未算最“抵食”! continue reading
