冇諗過一間bar嘅串燒可以咁好味🫡😍今日同朋友有嘢要傾,諗住隨便搵間bar,見佢menu有串燒食,好啱今日開始涼嘅天氣就揀咗呢間🍂一坐低就有新鮮出爐嘅鹹爆谷,好岩坐喺度等嘢食嚟嘅時候送酒!我哋兩個人就叫咗一碟帶子黑松露意粉、同啲串燒,帶子黑松露意粉: 帶子煎得好香,黑松露味都好出,食落唔會好溜。串燒即刻燒,所以上枱嘅時候熱辣辣仲出緊煙。由雞蛋順時針數起有: 雞棒、五花腩、豬頸肉、雞腎、雞皮、牛舌、茄子、大蔥雞。每串肉都燒得岩好,外面香口,裏面唔會乾。私心推介: 🤍雞棒:裏面應該有加到雞軟骨,食落有口感,重點係配上蛋黃,食落令肉質更鮮嫩😋🤍牛舌: 每次出街食牛舌都唔敢嗌得多🥲因為勁好韌。但Vici嘅燒牛舌好有水準,師傅完全將塊牛舌燒到岩岩好熟,一啲老嘅感覺都冇,做到軟脆嘅口感🤩🤍燒茄子: 茄子上面加咗啲木魚碎,本身以為係裝飾,點知食咗又幾夾,味道仲要有層次左。🤍大蔥雞: 大蔥唔老、無渣滓,配合埋滿滿肉汁嘅燒雞,配合得幾好🤩職員好好推介咗佢嘅signature cocktail,同啲串燒都好夾New beginning: 飲落好清新好Fresh,好啱用嚟配串燒,解膩一流Gam Gwat: 職員話係用咗佢哋自家嘅醃柑桔🍊飲落酸酸地,好開胃

今日同好姊妹一齊去Girls Night 🥰我哋揀咗呢間環境好Chill嘅酒吧,食得好飽😋😋我哋叫咗幾個串燒,第一個係鹽燒白鱔串,佢嘅白鱔好新鮮,外脆內軟,好多肉汁😋免治雞肉棒加埋特製嘅醬汁,加日本雞蛋黃,味道好豐富😍燒汁雞心亦都燒得好香口,咬落去好有口感,食內臟嘅朋友可以試吓😆😆叫左個迷你韓國炸雞,佢嘅炸粉好薄,而且入邊都仲有肉汁,雞肉亦都好鮮嫩,加埋特製嘅辣醬,就好香口,好惹味😍😍而主菜方面我哋叫咗一個意大利粉,一個斑馬火腿薄餅。意大利粉份量好足,意粉煙煙韌韌,而蕃茄醬汁亦都好足夠,每一啖都有濃厚嘅蕃茄醬😋😋斑馬火腿薄餅餅底好薄,配上鹹鹹嘅火腿,加上沙律菜,又唔會太飽😚😚飲品方面,我哋叫咗三杯,第一杯嘅welcome drink Shiso Rolling,好濃郁嘅味道,開胃酒來講唔錯。之後叫咗一杯Mocktail ,同埋一個Cocktail,配上佢嘅環境加音樂,傾偈一流😍

行完街想搵間有氣氛又坐得舒服既餐廳,路過見到Vici 有live band表演,就決定入去食下野聽下歌日式海鮮薄餅餅底好薄好香脆,上面鋪上大量新鮮海鮮,份量都唔少好夠食選了幾款串燒,包括牛舌,雞皮,雞翼,茄子燒雞皮燒得好香脆,唔會太過油膩鹽燒牛舌 牛舌好軟淋淋,一D都唔鞋口,仲好大塊好厚身牛肉串濃濃牛肉味,而且牛肉燒得好淋,好味道串燒雞翼串燒燒得好香口,雞肉好厚身,肉質嫩滑,沾上蛋液一齊食,更加嫩滑Espresso MartiniPaloma
