#金牌叉燒飯:今次味道差了很多,下次不會再點。
#鮮蝦脆皮紅米腸粉:為了吃它再來的,真的味道好!
#鮑魚野菌餃:一口鮑魚有咬勁,菌菇餡料,香味十足。
#上湯鮮竹卷:足料,好吃!

一年,最少要食一次蟹!!!d蟹供應唔多,7點半到,都係得返3隻三斤半選擇。始創個間得返8斤金蟹,4個人真係搞唔掂。再加個4人餐$988,都係剛剛好夠飽今次好幸運,揀左隻有膏既蟹,一人一匙羹,又香又滑花膠湯,每盅都有3片厚花膠,而湯都好夠味,抵食肉蟹爭d,太重味,又唔夠實肉,可以接受鮮鮑魚,整椒鹽好出色,比清蒸好味100倍3.5斤長腳蟹,好實肉,成個身都食得,無浪費總括而言:人頭$500唔算貴,滿足海港質素有保証,每次食都質素平均。

位於維景酒店一樓有海港,是飲茶的好去處。這次我們叫了早茶的優惠點心牛肉腸、蝦餃、柴魚花生粥、鮑汁鳳爪、香茜餃。蝦餃好吃,蝦肉新鮮,吃起來很爽口,但被可以再薄一點就更好了。柴魚花生粥的味道很好,他用了花生、柴魚和鹹豬骨一起熬製,粥底也很綿滑,就是鹹了一點。牛肉腸很好吃,很滑。鮑汁鳳爪花生很入味,就是煮的時候可能過了火,鳳爪的面有點兒焦香味。香茜餃皮薄,餡料多,裏面還包含了冬菇、紅蘿蔔絲和蝦肉,這個配搭得非常好。

今日放假,約咗屋企人一齊去太子飲茶!呢間海港喺太子維景酒店一樓,環境比起其他海港坐得舒服!今日都叫左唔少點心,有燒賣,腐皮卷,灌湯餃,煎腸粉,棉花雞,香茜餃,仲有碟蝦球伊麵!今日最好味就係碟蝦球伊麵,個玻璃茨整得好好,蝦肉質地幾彈牙,份量仲好多,我地仲食唔晒仲要打包添!但係腐皮卷就麻麻了,腐皮一啲都唔脆,好似冇炸過咁!下次一定唔會再叫腐皮卷!

今晚約咗朋友去太子維景酒店入邊嘅海港酒樓晚餐,睇完餐牌大家都唔知食什麼好就不如唔使諗叫個4人套餐試試,見個套餐都幾豐富又唔貴~有蝦球伊麵,鮑魚遼參西蘭花,竹笙海王翅,清蒸沙巴龍躉,燒鵝,橙汁一渣汽水或啤酒兩罐,蝦球伊麵一般啦鮑魚遼參都可以有4隻鮑魚都算大隻,竹笙海王翅每人兩碗有多味道材料都可以,燒鵝就真的失色實在太肥皮又唔脆扣分,值得一讚就是條沙巴龍躉蒸得剛剛好好滑,4人套餐都係$788每人都係二百元叫做又有鮑魚又有魚又有翅食ok啦
