屋企人一向鍾意食中菜,海港酒樓成日都去,今次我哋三個人就嚟咗食晚飯。叫咗半隻燒鵝,燒得好香,皮脆,燒鵝又唔肥,冇好多汁浸住,唔會過鹹,高水準。叫咗兩個小食,鴨翼,同埋酒糟鴨舌,好入味,好好食。跟住叫咗兩個煲仔小菜,一個係薑蔥美國桶蠔,炸粉太多,太厚,不過廚師好細心將每隻號切開一半嚟咋,唔使一人一大隻。不過不失啦。仲有一個豬腩片炆魚扣,魚扣炆得好淋,好入味,攞滿分,不過豬腩片出太多油,之後其他配菜太油食唔到。整體來講,煲仔小菜可以改善下,燒鵝,小菜,非常好食。****************評分 : 6.5/10簡評 : 燒鵝今次攞滿分
