第二:大過我2隻手板。 話曬我隻手公認大嘅男人手喎。
第三:外脆內軟。 偷聽到職員講法飽岩岩焗起出爐,哇…自家整嘅麵包難怪咁正,有heart度加曬分。果一下脆聲真心不得了!
第四:牛肉質量。可以講嘅係...只係計牛肉的肉汁與份量已超於45蚊!
醬汁調味不會搶走牛肉味,青瓜、蕃茄、牛肉擺放位置排序明顯有研究過(我估咋),食嘅時侯唔會跌曬啲餡,而且擺放位置令咬落去口感啖啖分明。作為一個芫荽控,芫荽唔係點綴咁簡單,係提升味蕾呀!

同友人行完濕地公園後,於是就去對面天一商城覓食,系輕鐵站落車一望,就會見到#榆越呢間小店。周邊附近都有唔少日式,台式,川菜餐廳等都有幾間,而呢間小店系越式fusion菜為賣點,當中包括有越式法包,面包是當天製作,使面包軟熟新蘚。牛魔王-河粉$72裹面有生牛肉,熟牛肉,牛根,牛丸,金錢肚等,除左不惜工本起用安格牛肉,以慢煮方式將牛肉炆淋,入口啖啖嫩滑,加上有份量既河粉,售價只系$72軟殼蟹-咖哩飯$75碎上軟殼蟹,炸得金黃香脆,入口金香,咖哩汁調較得澀但冇椰香味,使人食落冇咁濟,十分惹味。蒜蓉牛油雞翼$30即叫即做,熱辣辣送上台,啖啖肉,而且除開每隻6蚊,相當抵食。好少越式餐廳唔收加一,而且價錢相當親民。呢類小店值得支持。
