看到群組很多人推薦這間越南餐廳,本來晚上想吃羊腩煲,但太夜,就這裡解決。朋友點牛肉湯河,牛湯底很清甜。 可惜沒有生牛肉只有香茅牛肉,也沒金邊粉。豬肉焗法包(忘記拍照), 麵包質地有點像蛋糕,淋淋的。 但夾料還是可以的 ,加多點酸菜應該會更好吃更醒胃。沒有驚豔,不過不失。

見openrice好多人推薦呢間荃灣小店食蟹膏檬粉今日假期來試下同朋友一人叫左一個蟹膏檬粉同蟹膏米通粉真係好多料 有好大舊的蟹膏餅 豆卜 豬紅 生菜仲有大大個的蕃茄湯底非常好飲 好有蕃茄好濃郁真係好好好正呀 又唔貴米通粉之前未食過原來類似意大利長通粉 但再長d味道都唔錯 唔會太硬芒果沙冰好好飲 唔太甜有芒果味滴漏咖啡好似就甜左d 下次可以試下叫少甜(唔知得唔得)整體唔錯 價錢唔貴 值得再來而且仲有黃店 快d 來支持下!!

,基本上無可挑剔
,唯一缺點係份量少咗啲囉!

越式豬扒包($48)- 法包烘得好香脆,香噴噴,淨食都已經非常好食,配以酸蘿蔔絲、生菜、青瓜、香甜口味嘅豬扒…… 配搭一流,味道可口!食完想再馬上再食,再打包拎走嘅程度!


咖哩牛腩飯($56)- 牛腩係牛肋條,店家用料大方,一客有5大塊,燜得好入味

越南牛肉湯河
($54)- 湯頭好香濃,甜口味。牛肉味好濃郁,配以九層塔、炸蔥頭,好味到一食到底。

士多啤梨沙冰($36)- 沙冰口感細膩, 奶味香濃,啖啖都充滿士多啤梨香味。

椰汁沙冰
($36)- 真心推介
。原個椰子打成,椰味香濃, 滑不溜口,沙冰以外仲附送一杯椰子水,清熱解毒。

總括而言,越翠苑係水準以上,價錢合理,一定會再次幫襯試吓其他菜式。

喱個香茅豬肉湯河嘅湯頭, 第一啖食落去有小小藥材味, 但之後係有一陣鮮甜嘅骨湯味, 配埋個爽滑河粉真係好味, 而豬肉方面, 其實我唔多好豬肉, 只係一朽喺其他越南餐廳食親都係香茅豬扒, 純粹覺得應該配返豬, 所以點咗豬肉, 如果唔係, 以我咁好牛肉嘅人, 我應該係會點返牛肉嘅, 但估唔到係出孚意料地好味, 豬肉醃得入味, 但又唔會死咸, 而且係冇用梳打粉或者其他嘢 LA 過, 唔會軟瀨瀨冇晒肉味, 同個湯頭都好夾, 仲放埋香葉、洋蔥同花生碎喺面頭, 食落真係好香。

首先, 雖然係凍檬, 但啲香茅雞翼係新鮮炸起嘅, 夠熱, 醃得好有香茅味, 咬開雞翼仲好 Juicy 又脆; 而個凍檬, 外貌睇落似香港嘅米粉, 食落爽滑, 再配埋個酸酸味味嘅碌冧汁, 令成個人開胃醒神。

到小食方面, 我哋點咗個蝦肉卷, 味道略嫌咸咗少少, 但食我出有蝦嘅鮮味, 而肉質方面就唔似我我地平時食開炸蝦餅咁爽口彈牙, 不過佢配埋少量嘅醃白蘿蔔一齊食, 令成個蝦肉卷好 refreshing。

最後, 因為疫情關係, 店家每位店員都有配帶口罩, 喺每張枱都放有酒精搓手液, 而大門外亦擺放咗酒精搓手液供客人用膳完畢, 推門步出店後可以再消毒雙手, 而且我哋享用緊晚餐時, 就算有人等位, 都唔俾搭枱, 每張枱亦相隔一段距離, 喱啲防疫措施可見店家細心。 而環境方面, 全店大多係黃色陳設, 比較簡單, 但整潔。
