To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前曾在大窩口工作，同事們已介紹過這間越南菜餐廳，推薦一定要試試。餐廳環境乾淨，每張檯都放了消毒用品，讓顧客保持雙手乾淨。我們被安排坐在卡位位置，在疫情間有獨立位置，能夠較安心進食。😁.「蝦肉卷撈檬」$52🍽：本人很愛吃撈檬及蝦餅，最喜歡把撈檬汁倒在碗內，滿滿的酸甜開胃味道。不過，這裡不是給你一樽，而只是一小碗，對我而言是絕對不夠的。而蝦餅方面，很有彈性，挺好吃的。.「烤肉串」$36🍽：有點像台灣吃的烤山豬腸味道，我覺得味道不錯，不過卻看見另一檯的食客只試了一串，便不要了。所以，很看個人喜好。.「吹波豬扒飯」$58
