係呢條街有間咁出色既小店,真係估都估唔到MENU其實都有好多選擇~ 但個日我同朋友太早去食晚餐XD所以只係一人叫一碗生牛肉河~ 呢間小店的湯頭非常出色~ 100%唔係味精死咸湯頭~ 答案係佢地用牛骨煮成的湯頭~ 經24小時熬製~ 個湯底清甜到不得之了仲要係勁清~ 又夠熱~ 生牛肉都多架~ 而且配料都多~ 大大碗 ~ 絕對對得住62蚊呢個價格~食到咁上下仲可以加埋青檸入湯頭~ 即時令到個湯頭味道再提鮮~ 進入左第2個層次,又或者可以再加埋辣椒粒真係3個唔同層次出晒黎~  絕對係同個湯頭相當之夾!!!下次再黎~ 要ORDER多D唔同既野食試下佢地因為我聽朋友講話佢其他野都相當出色XD

個人來講,都好鍾意食東南亞菜,越南嘢當然就係其中之一啦。見到呢間越南菜好似大推牛骨湯底咁,咁就想試試佢啦。我就揀咗最大路嘅生牛肉湯河加一杯凍檸茶。個面嚟到,超級大碗,一見到就知道唔會食得晒。佢仲有超多芽菜。既然推薦得個湯底,第一啖梗係咩都唔落就飲湯啦,不過一飲覺得比想像中淡(可能我食得太重口味)不過lunch來講,佢份量都對得住價錢嘅。而佢杯凍檸茶,片檸檬係用青檸,比平時港式茶餐廳嘅檸茶好飲,有一陣青檸嘅香味。

太子區越南野,首推呢間。以前試過檬粉比較多油,所以我通常也點牛骨湯底的粉類。今次午餐點了蕃茄蟹肉湯檬。份量十足,一定夠飽。這店的賣點是牛骨湯,以二十四小時餚製。配上蕃茄很惹味,每次我也會把湯底喝光。平時我很怕吃豬血,怕它的腥味。可是這裡的沒有腥味,而且意外地跟蕃茄味很夾~小肉團(應該是豬肉)也很美味。餐飲點了熱檸檬水,是青檸檬。之前試過點奶茶和檸茶,不過不好喝,手調的不要期望太高。如餐飲建議選擇新鮮椰青。

太子區越南野,首推呢間。

雖然一碗湯粉接近$70係有啲貴,不過佢碗麵真係好大碗㗎,兩個人share都ok .
唯一一樣覺得唔太滿意嘅地方就係餐廳好多蚊滋,一路食麵一路比佢哋嬲住其實真係坐得唔係太舒服...張枱仲癡笠笠的,我諗係啲魚露味太重啦...衛生方面要多加注意。

過來這邊看醫,四周圍行下,不太熟路,都唔知這邊有咩好食。這𥚃食店不集中,行了一會,才見到有間小店,是越南菜,看見門外的相片都好吸引,就入去,是普通茶餐室的裝修。餐牌上好多款特別的越南湯粉,我都咪食過,但我都是叫了最傳統的火車頭湯河。火車頭是雜錦餸,通常都是大大碗的,但這裡可能是街坊小店,所以是正常的一人份量。湯底清清地,不錯。湯河不是太大碗,所以追加了牛油雞亦。雞亦大大隻,炸得脆卜卜,真係傳統煮法。雞亦厚身,炸粉鬆脆,雞亦咬開熱辣辣,又有肉汁,真係好久法有食過啦!

火車頭是雜錦餸,通常都是大大碗的,但這裡可能是街坊小店,所以是正常的一人份量。湯底清清地,不錯。

湯河不是太大碗,所以追加了牛油雞亦。雞亦大大隻,炸得脆卜卜,真係傳統煮法。雞亦厚身,炸粉鬆脆,雞亦咬開熱辣辣,又有肉汁,真係好久法有食過啦!

呢排天氣真係太熱,午飯想食得清啲,又唔想行太遠。所以越南好味館都係耐唔耐會來的。雖然太子都係一個旺區,但呢間餐廳座落喺一個唔係太多人行過的地點,有點點隱世。我嗌左一個「魚餅撈濛」。夠哂大碗,裡面除了濛粉外,仲有好多青瓜絲﹑紅蘿蔔絲﹑蔥油﹑莞茜﹑炸蒜,加上撈濛的酸汁,裡面有好多蒜同辣椒,真係好夠清新!濛粉夠哂淋滑!魚餅仲係岩岩炸起,熱辣辣。魚餅唔係求其炸魚蛋就算,係真係鯪魚肉,入面仲有好多香草(但係我食唔出係乜野香草。),好香口同埋有魚味~朋友嗌左「香茅豬扖湯河粉」。店內有寫住話個湯底係用60斤牛骨煲出來.,睇落去好清,唔油,聞落都好香!湯河仲配上好多莞茜﹑生洋蔥同蔥。食完個口應該會有陣味呵呵。我食左一塊豬扖,炸得好通透,肉質好淋,淹得夠哂味!唔錯!無影相的凍檸茶,係青檸來的!夠特別呀。比起普通檸檬,係無咁酸同無左一陣苦澀味。越南食物都算清新得來,又唔係淡而無味。所以我都幾鐘意食。唯一對呢間店有一點點不喜歡的就是,每次一離開,就會聞到成身都係油煙味,久久不散。坐在入面就唔覺,走左先發現。呢樣野令到食客都幾尷尬。
