Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

週末,決定同家人一起去簡單食個午餐。為方便泊車而來到了西貢墟。帶著父母來的我們,想到,食中餐大家會比較開心。而我們發現《村里村外》的午市小菜套餐原來幾經濟實惠啊。那我們一行四人,就入來食個中式小菜午餐啦。餐廳先給我們一個例湯,味道,是一個偏甜的湯。似乎是一個加了羅漢果的湯。味道甜甜的,濃濃的,算是不錯。而其中一個小菜主食,是西檸雞。這一個西檸雞,真有海外唐餐的風味。最令人開心不單是檸檬汁夠晒酸甜。而是炸雞件是十分之脆口。爽爽脆脆,酸酸甜甜,伴飯的佳物。《村里村外》,主打的是湖南風味小菜,所以,餐牌上有許多的菜式都是辣的。而《村里村外》的招牌菜,就是野山椒炒牛肉。我們要的,是減了辣的版本,但也保持了少少酸菜魚同樣的辣感覺。因為他們用的是醃製過的野山椒,能把輕輕的辣帶入香滑的牛肉片中,非常之好味道。梅菜蒸鯇魚,是一個很香港的小菜。其實,這兒的蒜鯇魚有兩個選擇,一是梅菜,二是剁椒。不想吃辣的我們就選擇了前者。鯇魚非常之新鮮,厚厚的鯇魚肉,爽爽口的,味道也難得的帶鮮美。最後來的一道小菜,是豉汁蒸排骨。當然,這餐廳另有一個辣的版本啦。傳統港式廣東菜的豉汁蒸排骨,豉味濃郁就一定的了,肉厚多汁,也是令這一碟小菜人人愛的主要原因。非常之好。風味十足的一個小菜午餐啊。無論是外省口味或是本土的香港口味,都做得很出色。這小店,西貢同馬鞍山都有。三兩知己,食個飯仔,是一個好選擇。 continue reading

係香港市區真係好難食到正宗好味又性價比高嘅烤魚🥹今日慕名前往位於西貢嘅湘菜館「村里村外」感受火辣衝擊🌶️🐟烤魚($218)📝評分:10/10烤魚係🍄此次想要隆重介紹嘅菜式😍當翻遍餐牌都唔見其蹤影時,蘑菇同男友都有少少失落,但原來係店家嘅隱藏神祕菜式呀!!!要自己問老闆娘落單🙈老闆娘好驚喜我地知道佢間店鋪有賣烤魚,仲貼心提我地唔好嗌太多餸🤫原來係個烤魚會配搭成5種配菜呀!!!有腐皮、青瓜、芽菜、蓮藕片同薯仔片😍竟然全部都係免費!店家特登係魚身上𠝹左幾刀,令到啲汁容易滲入魚肉,魚肉鮮甜嫩滑,魚皮索晒啲汁,又因為烤過,又滑又脆,令人回味😇驚喜之處係煮耐左都唔會變苦。相比出面啲連鎖店3、400蚊嘅價錢,$218真係又抵又高質👍🐟香菜酸辣爽魚皮($78)📝評分9/10第一次食到咁樣口感同烹煮方式嘅魚皮🥰精心切絲,彈牙脆爽,辣度又岩岩好😊同芫茜一齊入口簡直美味加倍!😋🥩芫茜炒牛肉($74)📝評分:8.5/10呢道菜式係屬於lunch set入面嘅一個餐,配白飯同餐湯(西洋菜湯),凍飲跟餐➕$3。分量好足,牛炒到好有鍋氣🤤乾辣椒的加入令成道菜香味🆙,芫茜更加唔洗講,同牛肉超夾~😎 continue reading

一入到西貢,就用Google搜尋舖頭位置,去到都估唔到究竟邊一個係正門,最終我哋係由後門入去,正門嘅招牌顏色度淡化了,加上晚上就更加難看見招牌字體。補充一句,當晚正門是沒有開的,所有食客都係由後門出入。酸菜水煮魚不過不失,魚片夠薄嫩滑,酸菜不夠多佢,酸味不足夠,芽菜份量很多絕不寒酸麻辣雞串肌肉幼嫩不乾身,很少食這種味道的麻辣味,感覺幾新鮮,但本身我個人不太喜歡,所以只食了一串,喜歡辣的,不妨試試臭豆腐好味推介一咬豆腐就流晒汁正入晒味,送白飯一流生煎包又係必食真係好好味外脆內鬆,不過我覺得內𥚃嘅餡太少,如果個餡再多番啲,咁就good good good la 本身小食這種菜式,今次一試,食到有新口味,食都未食過嘅味道,期望,下次有機會試吓魚鍋同雞,因為當晚都比較夜,魚鍋已經賣晒,所以未有機會試! continue reading
