To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一入到西貢，就用Google搜尋舖頭位置，去到都估唔到究竟邊一個係正門，最終我哋係由後門入去，正門嘅招牌顏色度淡化了，加上晚上就更加難看見招牌字體。補充一句，當晚正門是沒有開的，所有食客都係由後門出入。酸菜水煮魚不過不失，魚片夠薄嫩滑，酸菜不夠多佢，酸味不足夠，芽菜份量很多絕不寒酸麻辣雞串肌肉幼嫩不乾身，很少食這種味道的麻辣味，感覺幾新鮮，但本身我個人不太喜歡，所以只食了一串，喜歡辣的，不妨試試臭豆腐好味推介一咬豆腐就流晒汁正入晒味，送白飯一流生煎包又係必食真係好好味外脆內鬆，不過我覺得內𥚃嘅餡太少，如果個餡再多番啲，咁就good good good la 本身小食這種菜式，今次一試，食到有新口味，食都未食過嘅味道，期望，下次有機會試吓魚鍋同雞，因為當晚都比較夜，魚鍋已經賣晒，所以未有機會試！
