餐廳係維園對面,地點方面近地鐵站,上到去感覺氣氛好好,景觀開揚都幾正,係飲反幾杯既好地方。忌廉焗大咖菇配香煎虎蝦大咖菇釀入芝士忌廉醬去焗,味道不錯,但偏咸,旁邊有香煎過既虎蝦,肉質彈牙。炸雞胸軟骨炸既火侯剛好,炸粉好薄,食落唔會油膩,叫黎當餐酒小食。串燒🦐虎蝦+燒白鱔似即叫即燒,熱辣辣上枱,大大隻虎蝦燒得好香,個殼一拆就可以同肉分開,個頭仲有膏。白鱔好有油香,肉微Q彈皮微脆,如果個皮更脆就仲正。蟹肉燴意大利飯配軟殼蟹炸軟殼蟹一件,配上蟹肉碎既意大利飯係底,飯有濃汁,有蟹肉帶鮮,主食之選。Sparking wine -Chiaro proseccco餐廳環境好適合飲酒,隨便叫左枝汽酒黎飲下,好易入口,食下傾下,愉快既晚上。

餐廳喺高層,可以睇到維多利亞公園嘅景,真係好靚。一坐低,我哋就點咗Fried Oyster,炸得金黃香脆,入面啲蠔鮮甜得嚟好嫩。之後試咗幾款串燒,有牛舌心、免治雞串同雞脾菇。牛舌心夠晒彈牙,免治雞串鮮嫩多汁,雞脾菇香口又Juicy,真係無得輸。主菜我哋揀咗Ribeye Sukiyaki,五成熟啱啱好,牛扒嫩滑多汁,配埋嗰個Sukiyaki汁,味道真係一流。仲有Soft Shell Crab Risotto,呢個飯香濃郁,軟殼蟹炸得好脆,好味到爆。食埋甜品先走。Matcha口味嘅Tiramisu,抹茶味道濃郁但唔會太甜,清新得嚟又唔膩。最後仲有Yuzu Ice Cream,酸酸甜甜,好解膩。呢度食物質素高,環境又正,下次去銅鑼灣搵地方Chill吓,呢度真係一個好選擇!

藍青口放嚮枱面已經聞到陣陣的酒香味,好清香。藍青口煮得剛剛好,質感鮮嫩,加上洋蔥同蕃紅花,令到整道菜更加鮮味。
Soft Shell Crab Risotto

意大利飯加入了蟹肉,加上香草、蕃茄等提升鮮味。飯嘅質感煙韌,軟硬程度恰到好處。飯上面有軟殼蟹,炸得很脆。

肉眼扒配上壽喜燒汁和蛋,上菜時職員解說是將壽喜燒汁加入生蛋混合成醬汁,再用來點牛肉。我們叫咗medium rare,  牛肉煎得恰到好處,表面有小小焦香味,裡面非常嫩口,配上了蛋漿和壽喜燒汁後,簡直將嫩滑程度再加以提升,絕配!配菜是壽喜燒常見的蔬菜,配合日式壽喜燒的主題。
Lava Cake w/ Vanilla Ice Cream 

一上菜就聞到香噴噴的朱古力蛋糕味道。熱辣辣的蛋糕切開後是濃濃的朱古力漿,和雲呢拿雪糕一起食簡直係夢幻組合。拌碟的士多啤梨原來是切開一片片的,很貼心。
最後叫了兩杯cocktail & mocktail, 分別是Frosty Apple 和Tropicana, 兩杯都很清新!我同朋友都大讚好飲!

呢間餐廳無論食物、飲品都做得很有水準,簡直超出了預期。而且價錢唔貴,以餐廳食物質素同環境嚟講,性價比簡直係超高!真心推薦這間餐廳,尤其生日或紀念日都非常適合!
