之前講起食一間諗起另一間,就係講呢度。呢度地區係有D吊腳,非朋友介紹係唔會知。舗頭格局不華麗,員工親切,早歺時段都需排一陣隊。👇🏽本人不喜吃包,所以唔好嘥會嗌飛走,只是個人喜好,個湯因好味會加湯,攪到咁大碗。呢個雞絲通一流,雞肉無雪味,而且帶少少鹹香,個湯不口渴,啖啖雞味,炒蛋滑但未夠香,奶茶茶底香,飲完無槳口👍🏼早餐款式,多到選擇困難,有雞絲、菠菜雞絲蕃茄/羗絲朱潤/牛肉通/面,亦有基本腿通,麥皮、有歐陸吉列歺,華安雞翼歺,歺配包亦有多款選擇可加奶醬,個包亦可加幾蚊轉先油多,總之自由配搭,價錢合理。 衛生亦相當高,竟然比我見到員工會將所有歺具洗完,再倒入一筒熱水再抹干👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼,值得一讃

常常和朋友到這處食午餐, 終於的起心肝寫下佢.多数1奌多到, 有時要等一陣, 通常都好快有位.次次黎都系食常餐.叫左义燒通&薑絲牛通, 份量適中, 牛肉好淋, 义燒略煎, 通粉弹牙,湯夠熱, 不錯.反而有次食炸菜肉絲通, 个炸菜肉絲碎濕濕, 好一般.茄牛通都吾錯, 个茄湯不太濃烈, 都ok.沙爹牛通就沙爹汁及味也不太特出, 混在通粉湯中, 也吃不出是有沙爹汁的牛哆這處最特别是用厚切麥包 (留边), 加1元可加果占, 変油占厚麥多士, very good.另外常餐跟午餐肉, 小紅腸, 炒旦及煎旦, 就普普通通.凍咖啡和凍奶茶就好出色, 奶茶夠茶味, 咖啡就好濃好香. 熱齋啡就一般般啦.

沙爹牛通就沙爹汁及味也不太特出, 混在通粉湯中, 也吃不出是有沙爹汁的牛哆
這處最特别是用厚切麥包 (留边), 加1元可加果占, 変油占厚麥多士, very good.

另外常餐跟午餐肉, 小紅腸, 炒旦及煎旦, 就普普通通.
凍咖啡和凍奶茶就好出色, 奶茶夠茶味, 咖啡就好濃好香. 熱齋啡就一般般啦.

這個賣相我覺得很美觀, 有別於一搬茶餐廳~
光是看已經見到有濃濃的鮑汁, 牛筋腩食落感覺到有很豐富的膠質,很入味, 正呀!
我完全把整碟連湯KO, 很滿足
 
吃完後整個口腔還有少許漿住的感覺, 可想而知, 膠質是有幾重, 但同事就說太膩了~
下次會試試他的常餐, 看到豬潤通粉有點吸引

講下食到d咩先:
1.咖哩用了新鮮整,明顯食到d菜,但非常淋...
2.薯仔真係要講一講,一食十分鬆化,一問就知道不來係炸完
先整,難怪!!
3.咖哩膽有好多香料,有不少印度紅粉,好少店舖會用。
4.肉份量也不少有一半左右。


仲有一樣野值我一提就係佢杯檸茶,好多茶記杯野睇落去都係濁濁地,呢間相對清,問完先知原來佢係新鮮茶黎沖,唔係用隔夜茶。所以睇落先咁清,而茶味都夠濃。

另外問老闆先知道,原來成間店舖所有食物都係有公式去製造出黎
,由麵包,粉麵每碗,幾兩麵都清清楚楚,對生意的認真,係香港真係越黎越難搵,真係要加油。
