2.華安雜扒煎蛋飯套餐($50)

雜扒飯不在餐牌上,只寫在黑板,是全店最貴的套餐。雜扒的內容頗豐富,有雞扒、豬扒、牛脷、香腸、煎蛋和配菜,汁料可選咖哩、黑椒、粟米或茄汁。我揀了咖哩,這裏的咖哩汁由多種蔬菜烹調而成,味道較辛辣,不大合我的口味。幾件肉類的份量頗大件,豬扒腍滑而肉汁豐富,是這裏的皇牌食品之一。但我較喜歡雞扒,炸得外脆內軟,味道醃得鹹鮮,佐飯吃一流。牛脷則煎得過了火,令肉質「鞋」而味寡,牛脷的製作過程煩複,弄成如此,實在是浪費了大廚的功夫。至於香腸,如果換成了廚師牌,應該會加分。那隻太陽蛋煎得恰到好處,周邊焦濃而中央保持嫩滑,賣相配得亮麗,佐飯吃亦滑溜。

3.古法梅菜扣肉飯套餐(下午茶時段$36)

這個餸最美味的,是舖滿在砵上鹹鮮惹味的梅菜。而那些看起來相當膩滯的肥豬肉,卻是肥瘦相間、層次分明,脂肪香滑腴美,油潤而不肥膩。吃進口香滑酥軟,似在口腔內溶掉,滋味無窮。配著大量的梅菜來吃,吃完還有回甘的餘味。

4.秘製牛筋腩飯套餐(下午茶時段$38)

這裏的牛筋腩用料甚足,絕非將貨就價而用碎腩,即使是下午茶時段特價,也有十多件牛筋腩。牛腩本是膩滯的食材,但這個牛腩做得甘香有嚼勁,咬起來有濃稠的肉汁之餘,亦帶點馥郁的香味,口感爽中帶點柔韌。牛筋做得富腴滑口,膠質不重,吃起來不覺膩滯,難怪亦是店中的招牌食品了。

今日又來食早餐,11時前$34,之後$44。點了茄牛湯通粉,是這裏的皇牌湯底之一。淡紅色的湯水有點怪異,亦較濃杰,可能是以忌廉雞湯加鮮茄煮吧。配料亦有薑絲,牛肉也有點鮮味,薄薄的不算韌,但亦不是用梳打粉醃到「軟滑」。不過老實講,試過勝香園的茄牛湯底後,其他的都覺得靠邊站!五選二的配搭,我揀了餐肉和炒蛋,仍然出色。那件麥包做的多士,烘得無得彈,小店的好處是即叫即做,多士上檯是新鮮熱辣的。再配上合口味的奶茶,正如這個餐的名稱:滋味!

五選二的配搭,我揀了餐肉和炒蛋,仍然出色。那件麥包做的多士,烘得無得彈,小店的好處是即叫即做,多士上檯是新鮮熱辣的。再配上合口味的奶茶,正如這個餐的名稱:滋味!

佢好特色咁用左個砵裝住d梅菜扣肉

當中既梅菜又多又夠味

扣肉都幾厚身,半肥瘦,比例岩岩好,有肉食之餘,又香又滑。
佢既調味岩岩好,唔太咸,但又好入味。
炆得又夠林,又入味,伴飯食一流

所以我差不多食晒d飯

前幾日lunch 前去洗手間,見到個同事,同個同事吹水,問佢去邊食。佢話去華安,好好食的!我見佢講得咁雀躍,攪到我都想去試下~我去OpenRice 到查,原來之前都有經過過,但就無食過。黎到門口勁多人,伙記話因為依日有個廚師放假,轉左人,所以等得耐左...我叫個常餐,食吉列豬扒、茄汁豆同餐肉。罐頭野唔評語了。塊吉列豬扒超大塊,又鬆脆,如果怕熱氣,點個沙律醬食又得😘米粉用左碟上,不過張枱又唔多位,都幾驚食得好論盡😜同事都係食米粉,不過佢覺得硬左d。最吸引都係個凍朱古力上而加 cream, 加左cream 既朱古力當然香d 滑d 啦!雖然好肥,不過我一向都認同大部分邪惡既食物都好食既😂😂

華安剛開業時真係好有心,外賣包裝分得好好,堂食時亦見老闆及老闆娘要求嚴謹,質素真不錯。

此餐廳的炒蛋以前香滑多汁,外賣時會另外分隔開,依家唔係多汁而係多水(似想加水扮滑蛋),外賣時直接放湯麵內,整碗麵被「蛋水」弄得渾濁、糊糊域域,成pat 嘢咁要人放入口,所以依家我外賣都改為煎蛋,點知都中伏!

另外,餐廳亦有一味脂肪大挑戰嘅「鮮油多」,多士熱但鮮油凍,襯鮮油未溶時食,好好味,好過翠華,但外賣又係激死!本來外賣鮮油已經易溶,應學翠華一樣分開冰震住鮮油會好d。華安唔做多層功夫都算,包裝伙記仲要將鮮油多垂直放熱辣辣湯麵上,即鮮油只隔包裝紙袋,直接接觸湯麵兜!唔好話拎返公司嘅路程,諗都諗到不出10秒都會溶晒啦!最後變成牛油浸麵包!如果唔係幫襯開,完全想像唔到佢哋以前對包裝咁嚴謹⋯⋯


最後,我認外賣鮮油多係我傻,無理由期望佢會細心到好似翠華咁公開包裝(真係無理由?),但連最基本嘅煎蛋都煎到咁,抹一下鑊撈都廢事,好難想像食品衛生程度可以有幾好。

記得有次經過這間茶餐聽,見到好多人在外面等位,想必食物應該不錯,所以今天決心一試~ 內裡佈置同一般茶餐廳一樣,沒有大分別。今次試了常餐 ,華安雞翼+炒蛋餐肉通粉,凍檸檬茶。常餐價錢42,凍飲加2,外賣再加2,這餐總共46元。個人覺得這個常餐不值這價錢,雞翼太乾,通粉厚粉,未至少多位說的彈牙,餐肉一看便知道煎了很久,久得外皮又乾又硬。多樣中,能讚的只有炒蛋,炒得很幼嫩,很滑。另外,如外賣,他們會將菜跟粉分別,他們角度可能係客人好,但是我覺得,蛋+2隻翼雞+1塊餐肉用一個盒裝起來,真的超浪費,其實沒有這個必要的。
