To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友去完深水埗行街經過呢間店門口，見到有下午茶餐到六點，咁我就睇吓下午茶有冇清湯腩飯，係出面既下午茶餐牌都見有，就想試下，價錢好抵食啊，47蚊既清湯牛腩飯。一入去坐低，職員好好即刻提示，我而家5:46仲可以嗌下午茶餐，唔會因為想我叫貴啲而唔同我講。而當清湯牛腩飯到嘅時候有淡淡嘅牛腩湯味唔係牛腩汁咁濃不過都幾好，而且食落去牛腩係唔會有臊味啦，蘿蔔幾好食又冇筋，就咁用呢個下午茶餐做晚餐都夠飽唔會出現，因為下午茶就比好少份量你嘅情況，下次會再嚟幫襯。成餐飯$47牛腩飯再加兩蚊凍飲$49就搞掂啦。

好耐之前已經聽人講呢間啲牛腩幾好食，我識附近好食的舖頭實在太多，又不是經常來這區。今日下晝嚟開深水埗買嘢，下午茶時間，好似有少少quota食嘢，所以就嚟食過下午茶。叫咗一個下午茶餐，午飯加熱奶茶。奶茶唔錯，夠茶味，又夠滑。牛腩個湯幾甜，但不夠熱，牛腩好淋，屬於清湯腩，好味，加啲飯落去個湯度做湯飯幾好；最後才食蘿蔔，這個真係有驚喜，蘿蔔好甜，冇筋，不太淋，認真好食。見到對面個師奶都係食牛腩飯，驚喜你原來他成日來食都係食這個餐，還成盛讚老闆好好人，有次冇帶錢都叫她嚟開先比番，自此就變成熟客。

華園冰室我覺得店舖既用材選用也不錯，而且味道不錯，入口咀嚼兩啖已經要化開🤤處理得不錯，特別是沒有雪味，食落真係吾同啲！另外佢D蘿蔔吸晒湯汁，好鮮甜又無渣，都幾推薦的！下一次要試店舖既咖喱牛腩，應該也不錯的！😂

名過其實，我睇到其他人講個沙嗲湯底好濃好正，先會想試，點知黎到個湯勁清，啲牛肉凍既，浸左幾分鐘先熱。有少少失望，未必有下次。可能係我期望過高，其他人可以去試下以正視聽😂

下午茶時間，嚟到呢間舊式冰室，店內坐滿人，要搭枱坐喔！店內左邊是舊式平板卡位座，中間是方枱圓櫈，右邊是廚房。🍜 沙嗲金菇肥牛湯烏冬 (HK$42)．我見下午茶餐牌上寫是「鎮店之寶」之一，就叫咗一份．上枱時，就係清湯肥牛烏冬伴一大pat 沙嗲醬，金菇隱藏係底．沙嗲醬很濃很好味，與湯撈勻後，清湯淥熟嘅肥牛和金菇都變得好味，不過烏冬不掛湯，就是淡而無味的，整體比我想像的有落差🫢🍋☕️ 熱檸茶．是少數的茶餐廳用玻璃杯，而不是常見的奶茶/咖啡陶瓷杯，和有4片檸檬，茶底正常
