To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

華園冰室我覺得店舖既用材選用也不錯,而且味道不錯,入口咀嚼兩啖已經要化開🤤處理得不錯,特別是沒有雪味,食落真係吾同啲!另外佢D蘿蔔吸晒湯汁,好鮮甜又無渣,都幾推薦的!下一次要試店舖既咖喱牛腩,應該也不錯的!😂

名過其實,我睇到其他人講個沙嗲湯底好濃好正,先會想試,點知黎到個湯勁清,啲牛肉凍既,浸左幾分鐘先熱。有少少失望,未必有下次。可能係我期望過高,其他人可以去試下以正視聽😂

下午茶時間,嚟到呢間舊式冰室,店內坐滿人,要搭枱坐喔!店內左邊是舊式平板卡位座,中間是方枱圓櫈,右邊是廚房。🍜 沙嗲金菇肥牛湯烏冬 (HK$42).我見下午茶餐牌上寫是「鎮店之寶」之一,就叫咗一份.上枱時,就係清湯肥牛烏冬伴一大pat 沙嗲醬,金菇隱藏係底.沙嗲醬很濃很好味,與湯撈勻後,清湯淥熟嘅肥牛和金菇都變得好味,不過烏冬不掛湯,就是淡而無味的,整體比我想像的有落差🫢🍋☕️ 熱檸茶.是少數的茶餐廳用玻璃杯,而不是常見的奶茶/咖啡陶瓷杯,和有4片檸檬,茶底正常

今日同我老友 寫緊Michael jai 食飯 我地食咗清湯腩飯同埋先常餐清湯腩幾好食 但係唔係話要得登嚟食 周圍嘅牛雜鋪都食到 常餐就比普通冰室差少少😅😅😅只能夠講係overrated😅

今早,去深水埗,送完文件。心情像天氣,有點灰灰,唔去試新食店,直接去華園。11點幾,可以食早餐,或者午餐。搭枱那位大哥,叫午餐,飲雜菜湯,蒸肉餅,好香。定一定神,叫番我的至愛。濃香沙爹牛公仔麵,先呷一口帶粒粒花生粒既沙爹汁,它是主角,好香好濃,牛肉片都有牛肉味,雖然公仔麵烹得過淋,勉強接受,它只是綠葉。奶茶,今天比較稀些淡些,但我都計較。它都是綠葉。煎雙蛋和丹麥方包,都不错。好滿足既一個late breakfast.
