昨晚6:10去了第一城和亭,平時叫開火煱和今次叫了兩客定食,一個滑蛋豬扒鍋,鍋上枱時只見一鍋完全唔滑只見番叮老蛋加上幾件柴乾的豬扒,賣相完全唔開胃,味道得個甜字,另一客鯖魚定食,魚上枱覺得像木魚,硬實實,又是番叮的,真係唔會有下次幫襯,講到服務員,以前的舊員工已轉了一班新人,新的員工我只可以平一般。

我一直以為小食也是可以添的,所以吃光了朋友的炒牛蒡後想叫侍應添,幸好細心的朋友再看看餐牌,原來只寫了「無添加日替小食」,強調它們是自家製料理,而並非可以無限添加呀!只怪自己既粗心又貪心,差點又鬧出笑話呢!

其實之前都話過呢間又等得耐又唔好食, 但今次唔係為咗用佢果個生日coupon, 真係唔會返頭食, 等位已經等咗半粒鐘, 入到去又係大把枱, 不過冇人執, 就算執完都唔得閒叫人入, 所以唔好睇佢門口好多人等, 其實係入面有位都冇人叫入啫~  炸鱆魚餅都叫做有d鱆魚肉, 同埋都幾爽, 但油咗d  炸雞軟骨  非常之油, 見到佢墊底果間吸油紙, 剛上枱已經油哂, 真係想叫佢比多幾張吸油紙吸吸先, 除咗油之外, d粉仲好厚, 咪以為好大粒, 其實大半粒都係粉  牛肉湯烏冬牛肉好肥, 差不多大半係肥膏, 少半先係肉, 個烏冬一定要快食, 因為好快浸林, 好彩開頭還算有少少彈牙, 個湯底就唔太濃  明太子滑蛋烏冬  得一少pat明太子, 撈勻之後都唔知去咗邊lu~~ 變咗成碗滑蛋撈烏冬, 夠哂飽肚我估下次幫襯都係出年, 如果仲有生日coupon寄比我的話~

雖然是和朋友吃,但對於獨個兒吃壽喜燒,上桌時所有碗碗碟碟都霸佔了四分一張桌。實在有點誇張。整個套餐包括有沙拉菜,湯,壽喜燒(有蔬菜,肥牛,蛋)和一碗飯。整體不錯。但略嫌鍋不算清潔得太乾淨,因還剩了些黑色燒焦物。而且一開初鍋內太多油,其實牛肉堆裏可找到一小塒肥膏,用它作油已不錯。而肥牛的份量也適中,但也是真的太過肥,沒有肉可吃了。值得一讚是菜類算多。如果沒有那麼多油,絕對是健康次選。
