呢間食店嘅形式係要自己捧餐,行入去就排隊落單,想食乜就同個收銀姐姐講,講完畀錢攞飛,跟住就去排隊攞嘢食 ,過程同老麥嗰啲冇乜分別,不過佢嗰個秩序都算幾好 ,加上下午茶時段,冇乜人,所以師傅一行到入去唔使排隊,直接去到個收銀姐姐面前,收銀姐姐好有禮貌,師傅行埋去佢就即刻問揀乜嘢麵底 ,左諗右諗最後揀左油麵, 之後揀咗四個餸分別係豬紅,豬皮,豬腸同牛柏葉,配上中辣,落完單畀完錢,攞張飛行去等攞食物。

等咗唔使好耐一碗熱辣辣嘅車仔麵就放咗喺枱面,之後師傅當然要自己攞返埋個位度,冇招呼架
坐低就開餐。一如以往先試下個湯底,湯底味道香甜,濃濃的,吸引,再加上中辣,湯底變得更惹味,不錯,佢個辣汁真係辣,師傅都未有膽量挑戰大辣🙈。再嚟試下個豬紅,豬紅一粒粒,細細的,入口煙煙韌韌,而且滷得入味,有咬口之餘又唔會碎濕濕,一口一粒非常好味,絕對係必食推介。

再試下豬皮,豬皮就比較曳, 入口唔算爽口,但又未算好腍,屬於嗰種半爽多腍嘅狀態,口感普通,唯一可取就係炆得好入味,所以塊塊豬皮都好多汁 ,味道可以但口感,普通
。再試豬腸,豬腸本身幾肥幾厚身
,係師傅鍾意嗰種,肥肥哋咁樣入口先至正,加上蚊得幾腍,有咬口之餘又唔會太硬太韌,非常好,絕對另一個必食推介。至於牛柏葉又係一個敗筆之作
,真係唔知係本身個牛柏葉差定係佢煮得差,感覺係好想將個牛柏葉煮到好爽口,但入口感覺就係硬,根本上談不上爽口,師傅唔知係本身個質地係咁定係佢煮得曳,基本上牛柏葉係可以不吃。

最後當然要講一講個油麵,老老實實師傅其實好少食油麵,係今日心血來潮先試試佢,油麵本身真係幾油咁,但唔係油膩嗰隻,滑滑的,爽囗彈牙,麵非常香,好好味,應該好味過幼麵或者米粉,所以呢個油麵係掂


總括嚟講車仔麵喺呢區真係難得搵到一間半間,而且都算係好味,呢間食店整體係不俗,價錢亦合理,49蚊四餸一麵,環境乾乾淨淨,舒舒服服,所以一定會再黎。值得一提碗麵係會放兩條菜心,啱晒師傅呢啲成日覺得食菜係唔扺食嘅人,笑臉可以俾啦。

我住將軍澳其實入元朗食車仔麵真係好遠但有時真系會掛住個辣醬今日去開尖沙咀睇戲,睇戲前就食個永年先好多人呀排隊排到落樓梯不過好食就唔怕啦啲送同舊店系一樣的我特別中情佢個辣醬唔會系好麻個隻又夠味今次叫左雞翼,豬腸,牛筋,幼麵豬腸同牛筋都無味 整得又好干淨就算加左辣汁都唔會影響成個湯底友人的雞翼,豬紅,魷魚,牛肚,烏冬一樣係小辣第一次試呢個汁加烏冬都幾特別另外仲叫左個通菜好想知個腐乳邊到買夠味得黎又唔會太咸

揀咗大腸牛肚白柏葉時菜米粉 少辣 分湯
湯底係清湯上 辣醬係米粉兜入邊~
大腸比較好味 其他菜式都差唔多 無功無過 唔會特別好食亦唔會難食 一般般~ 份量啱啱好 食完都幾飽下。
有特別驚喜之處係 deliver time比預期中要快~ 一般order開外賣都要等一個鐘 但今次只等咗around 40 mins.
未到食飯時間就已經送上門 ~

平時假日午飯時間經過都發現永年店外有一條人龍,這次三點鐘來到竟然沒有長長的人龍,於是決定入內試試這間元朗區的車仔麵名店。跟其他車仔面店不同,客人要首先到收銀處下單,買票之後,再到旁邊排隊等車仔麵。可能尖沙咀的租金昂貴,店內位置密密麻麻十分窄,坐得不太舒服,有時會不經觸碰到鄰座食客。車仔面配搭三餸一麵40幾蚊,款式不算特別,這個價錢吃碗面算ok。我選了幾款餸,包括魚皮餃、牛肚、牛柏葉,配幼面。食過這碗面,覺得略為偏鹹,面條份量比較少,不夠吃。配料跟面,沒有什麼特別,沒有有什麼誘因驅使我去排隊或再光顧。

我就簡左豬紅雲吞同埋腸仔,少辣同埋凍檸水,食完岩岩好,唔會太飽,岩曬女仔食🥰🥳 想減肥食少少野就perfect池!

放工到尖沙咀取預訂了的手袋,途經永年士多,車仔麵癮發作,即試。早兩年曾於元朗店吃過一次,印象並不太深刻。這次除了車仔麵外,還點了紅豆奶茶冰。先嘗一口湯。湯底未算香濃,偏甜,比印象中的湯底略欠甘香。再與辣汁混和(小辣),加添香辣味,但未有影響湯底原味。而粗麵略硬(似未熟透),初吃時稍稍透出鹼水味,及後吸收湯汁變軟,才較為容易入口。豬皮軟滑,主要味道來自湯汁。當中有兩片豬皮的中心部份發泡不足,無味及較實。山根主要味道同樣來自湯汁,不油,也就錯不了。豬腸腍得來仍保持咬口,滷汁同樣帶甜,但總算跳脫了湯底單一的味道。雞翼尖有入味,但明顯滷的時間不夠,中心看似還未熟透。如果你跟我一樣喜歡咬碎骨頭吸湯汁的話,那就會失望了。紅豆奶茶冰算是一個驚喜。茶味濃郁甘香,紅豆軟綿,配上適量的碎冰,吃至最後味道也不會變淡。而甜度對於原本想選小甜的我來說剛好(甜度是既定的),整杯喝光光 以$41 三餸一麵(其後每份餸$8) 來說,份量算是合理的。加配紅豆奶茶冰就剛好滿足了。然而,該煮熟的食物未有煮熟,那是不能接受的。但為著那紅豆奶茶冰,就當作偶一失手好了。回頭率: 2.7/5.0

茶味濃郁甘香,紅豆軟綿,配上適量的碎冰,吃至最後味道也不會變淡。而甜度對於原本想選小甜的我來說剛好(甜度是既定的),整杯喝光光

終於一試尖沙咀既永年,睇下同元朗有無分別!永年既辣汁真係食極唔嫌!可惜今日唔係太舒服,唔敢食太辣,叫左少辣!結果都唔太夠,職員好好;比我再加辣!佢既米粉好出色,唔會煮到過淋,基本上,唔叫餸,淨係要佢湯底加米粉都好正😍😍😍

睇得耐又比後面嘅人啤🤦🏻‍♀️
遇着一班大媽仲死,搞一大輪都未買完

有人走 又會阻住人 好唔方便

食物方面
豬腸 豬紅 偏甜的🙊
豬皮就好鹹🙊
流心蛋 一啲都唔流 而且冇味🙊
韭菜餃 一夾就爛🙊
凍檸茶 冇茶味只得糖水味🙊

成碗野九唔搭八🙄🙄🙄
咁嘅質素都要七十幾蚊🙄🙄🙄
