是日同HONEY去到哩間榮式燒雞扒專門店,之前在佐敦食過都唔錯的榮式燒雞扒,在TKO都會有分店,真的愈開愈多,職員介紹左佢新出的榮式滑雞系列,同HONEY就點左半隻的滑雞,另外也點了鴨胸稻庭烏冬,跟餐加左椰汁冰,椰汁冰椰汁冰夠凍,飲落好香椰汁,好爽~~滑雞(沙姜醬,辣汁,榮式蔥油)滑雞半隻都有唔少,幸好滑雞系全熟的,加上沙姜醬,辣汁,榮式蔥油食,真的味道各有不同,我同HONEY都鐘意榮式蔥油,夠香,加埋食真的一流~~鴨胸稻庭烏冬鴨胸都好多件,鴨胸好滑,另外有埋少少配菜食,稻庭烏冬都好彈~~下次有機會再試埋佢的小菜,睇餐牌都好唔錯咁~~

今天和同事提早放工,走過明德商場,竟然讓我但發現新開了一間餐廳,便決定嚐一嚐鮮,卻竟是有意外驚喜。由於這間餐廳名為榮式燒雞扒,我們均點了以雞為食材的小菜,包括這裹的招牌菜老家鹹雞和一味鹹蛋黃金雞翼,而每款小菜均配有白飯和飲品。很快,鹹蛋黃金雞翼便率先送到。這道小菜十分特別,原以為是最普通,其他鹹蛋產品也食到的味道,但吃的時候卻發現它是用自家製咸蛋漿炸,味道好特別,沒有一般鹹蛋雞翼那麼咸,而同時亦重鹹蛋味。有淡淡的鹹蛋味滲出但不會太喧賓奪主。另外,雞翼本身炸得很爽脆,送上枱時仍熱辣辣,真的給讚,吃的時候還有很多肉汁,十分好食。老家鹹雞的滑雞非常滑,但雞肉又不會太肥,彈牙之餘又有口感,非常有雞味,吃得出不是急凍雞,而是新鮮雞。另外,這道菜亦配有三款醬,非常適合不同口味的人。我個人最喜歡沙薑醬,它不像外間的沙薑醬,不會太鹹但又有濃濃的沙薑味,非常滋味。餐飲方面,每個餐均贈送餐飲,在寒冷的天氣中,飲一杯熱飲真的暖入心中。想不到這麼久沒在外吃飯,竟讓我碰到這意外的美食。

今日同個同事黎到呢到食野,黎到呢到就緊係要食雞扒,呢個雞扒做得好好,唔需要多講,不枉佢叫榮式雞扒店,一食就知相比大部分地方食到嘅雞扒更用心機煮,雞扒份量十足,一個飯都有兩塊大大塊既雞扒,岩哂我呢d食肉獸,而且煎得好香口,外皮好香脆,食落好有口感,最勁既係外皮煎得香脆之餘,又唔會煎得好乾,而入面d肉仲保持到好彈牙既口感同埋仲好有肉汁。呢個魚香茄子煲都好惹味,真係好大煲,夠幾個人食,個煲好有油香,好有鑊氣,無論魚肉同茄子都配合得好好,而且入面有d豬肉,令到個煲更加甘香同美味。我仲見到呢到嘅下午茶都好吸引,下次要黎試一試!

晚上和朋友二人點左半隻招牌滑雞加一份茶樹菇豆腐煲,兩個菜都可以加15蚊加配一碗飯和一碗湯或飲品。落單後不夠5分鐘,熱飲便已奉上。例湯係木瓜雪耳豬骨湯,十分清甜、足料。招牌滑雞附送蔥醬、沙姜、泰式酸甜湯三種蘸料,肉質細嫩爽口,肉汁豐富,配上沙姜醬一流。豆腐煲一開蓋變香味撲鼻,除左叉燒和煎過嘅豆腐外,茶樹菇給我帶來很大驚喜,炸完後的茶樹菇十分吸汁,茶樹菇本身獨有的香味亦完美保留下來,滿滿一煲,推薦大家嘗試。服务同環境方面,上菜速度幾快,服務員態度都幾好,檯凳乾淨,防疫措施做的幾好。總體來講都幾滿意!

話說之前係屯門榮式燒雞排分店吃過後覺得好正!將軍澳終於開分店,係坑口地鐵站附近,一於同家人去吃個午餐。點左一個鱆魚蓮藕餅飯,好大的一碟,鱆魚蓮藕餅好大塊,炸得金黃香脆,好味道!再叫左半隻招牌家鄉滑雞,好足料,有辣有唔辣,有口水雞口味,選左原味的,醬料有三種附上,包括:蔥油、沙薑汁同埋秘製辣椒油,自行點汁食,雞肉啖啖肉,不錯呢!最喜歡每碟飯旁邊都有香口的蔥油配上,撈飯食好野味,蒽油迷的我食到停不了。

這家港、九、新界都有的雞扒連鎖店,沒想到附近商場也新開了一家。午餐就在那邊醫醫肚吧。來到雞扒專門店,沒有理由不點雞來吃吧。榮式雞扒飯香口的油飯混合蔬菜,再配上蔥油、菜甫、酸菜及椰菜,味道毫不單調。雞扒不算大塊;皮脆肉嫩,以醬油醃製過,帶點甜味,保留雞扒肉汁。干炒叉燒公仔麵炒出前一丁麵,很邪惡的食物,真是無法抗拒。叉燒蠻多,又大片,還有其他配菜如芽菜、洋蔥等,更添口感。而經熱炒後的麵條更加硬身,更加口感。出前一丁的味道濃香,不過吃到底蠻油膩。

雞扒豬頸肉飯$56: 黑椒雞扒煎炸得超級香脆,雞皮很薄身一咬落去很多汁,而且雞肉唔會嚡口,而豬頸肉都有幾塊, 每塊都煎得十分香口,豬頸肉口感都很爽脆,另外可以額外再叫份菜脯,然後撈埋啲蔥粒跟飯一齊食真係十分美味。

雞扒喺呢間餐廳嘅招牌菜,所以主食一定要食雞扒,雞肉鮮嫩 它是整塊上碟的 所以不會切開一片片,整塊食更加滋味,也可鎖住肉汁。而炸魚柳的粉漿也不會太厚 ,唔會太油膩,魚柳炸到卜卜脆,入面就滑捋捋,魚肉也十分鮮嫩彈牙,然後撈埋菜脯同麻醬烏冬一齊食更match。之後每個套餐就可加$2叫咗杯凍菜蜜同埋凍檸蜜,鍾意食雞扒嘅朋友一定要嚟食啦!

明德商場終於裝修完畢,引入了很多新餐廳,超市商店等,榮式雞扒一直久仰大名,今次開左係一間係附近,當然要捧場餐店可以自助下單,主食即減2蚊,當然要咁做首先點一份黃金湯肉鬆浸田園時蔬,自助下單圖文並茂,可以直接點選蔬菜款式,很方便小白菜配黃金湯的組合不錯,有點肉鬆及鹹蛋黃,湯頭真的像黃金般,閃閃發亮似的榮式雞扒飯,章魚蓮藕餅,上檯時賣相又唔錯,先試雞扒,雞扒又長又大塊皮,個雞皮好脆,沒有滿口油膩感,果然非同凡響碟邊既蔥油同辣菜脯撈飯,真係一百分,好想多要一份章魚蓮藕餅,好厚肉,中間還有一點蓮藕粒,炸得好香口,一啖飯一啖蓮藕餅,最後整碟飯清晒店內座位很闊落,地方都好乾淨,不過呢段時間,買外賣比較好
