To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早前,大夥兒到西貢晚飯,朋友介紹永和,買了些海鮮加工,見做法便知用心製作,加上味道,真的不錯,感受廚子的用心;特別喜歡椒鹽鮑魚(嚼頭剛好)、清蒸星班(火喉剛好);還有店家小菜,燒鹅、小炒王、椒鹽豆腐…… 都不錯、不錯;還有要讚是服務只姐姐🍀現今香港少見的服務態度👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🫰🏻

永和唔係只有賣情懷,就算係賣都係街坊價,上下四層都係原居民、街坊同附近做野嘅人。閒日只係8蚊一位茶,頂點只係33蚊,重有48蚊午市特價粉麵飯。時菜雞柳炒麵上檯時重飄係水蒸氣,師傅係正正宗宗傳傳統統嘅鄉村粵菜手勢,可能我年紀大左,真係覺得好食,係由細食到大嘅好味,不過最好味嘅味菜炒麵,今次叫特價嘅。每次我都叫鯪魚球,已經唔記得响幾時响邊度,重可以見到有西洋菜墊底嘅蒸鯪魚球,味道唔算好濃,好似海棉一像軟軟哋。鄉村酒樓人情味好濃,阿姐冇排斥外人,雖然唔係殷勤式嘅服務,但係有傾有講,介紹你食特價嘢, 親切有禮,快手快腳。兩個人清清淨淨坐咗2粒鐘,一碟炒麵,2個中點,一共$125,泊車泊遠少少露天停車場,$16一個鐘,除左冇豪華裝修,比北上清淨舒服。

天后誕前夕,入嚟逛吓順便飲個茶。見佢啲侍應好似換咗一批,唔知酒樓有冇轉到手。但係食物方面真係同之前有少少分別。水準依舊嘅就係個麻蓉包,菜遠牛腩炒麵,芋角,爽肚,牛肚都係咁好食。最失望係個鯪魚球,之前鍾意你呢度就因為佢個鯪魚球又陳皮同埋蝦米嘅香味,但今次食嘅時候呢兩種味道已經感覺唔到,同埋一咬落去啲魚肉完全唔彈牙,咬即刻散開,灰到一個點。灰開有條路,食埋個燒腩包,佢個南乳醬應該唔記得落糖中和番,鹹到好似成磚南乳擺落口咁食。呢個包其實都係必點㗎,但係今次真係十分崩潰。個沙律蝦角個皮又淋又厚,雖然裏便蝦肉脹卜卜,但係都係扣咗唔少印象分。好彩琳美個桂花糕有椰汁底,清甜又好食,挽回番d分數。最後忍唔住走嘅時候喺收銀問姐姐係咪轉咗師傅,佢話冇轉,咁希望之後再嚟嘅時候可以食返以前嘅水準。如果唔係,都唔知入西貢仲可以去邊度飲茶?

- [ ] 永和海鮮酒家一間好傳統local嘅酒樓。門面細細,地下嗰層得七,八張枱。原來樓上仲有二,三,四樓三層。全部人前前後後都係講廣東話好親切。星期六日工作假期都有特價嘅粥粉麵飯。煎腸粉非常出色,佢嘅蝦米同埋蔥都好多,個面煎到燶燶地。有啲似以前細個推車仔嗰啲煎腸粉。蝦餃燒賣都係傳統做法。蝦餃個皮好薄啲蝦好大隻。燒賣就係冬菇燒賣嚟,大大粒。鳳爪同埋咖喱牛筋質素都係中上之作。牛筋個底剩係得一粒薯仔,性價比超高。
