去律敦治醫院上堂前喺灣仔搵食低估咗灣仔lunch time嘅人潮🤓間間餐廳都排長龍,10個人好難等位,最後分開小組食我哋呢個小隊就去咗呢間榮式雞扒原來除咗飯有烏冬食▶️ 榮式雞扒湯烏冬 ($56)賣相差少少🙈雞扒同烏冬分開上,保持雞扒原汁原味雞扒確實有啲料到,雖然偏薄,但味道新鮮,肉質滑嫩👅應該用炭燒方法,見到雞扒上有網紋雞皮本身超薄,燒至微香脆調味重黑椒味,好食不過湯烏冬就麻麻…湯底偏油且味精味烏冬幼身扁身,唔係酸烏冬,但唔夠煙韌彈牙,食到尾易斷🍜好係有啲芽菜、椰菜、翠玉瓜蔬菜,感覺健康少少🥬▶️ 凍齋啡 (+$3)呢杯咖啡都。。。幾酸,唔係我鍾意飲嘅咖啡味道🙂飲咗一半hehe-雞扒幾好食,不過烏冬唔得朋友們分別叫咗豆腐野菜飯、雞扒豆腐飯同蓮藕餅撈烏冬,自問豆腐唔吸引🤫所以建議大家都係食返佢最傳統嘅榮式雞扒飯🐔環境好迫,全場坐滿服務就幾好嘅,個哥哥幾幽默又細心,知我哋坐得迫,特登俾個位我哋放袋,服務加分👍🏻性價比高,唔收加一,平均$60/lunch,灣仔區嚟講抵食~ continue reading

今日見落好大雨諗住近近地係附近食個飯。亦都好耐無食過榮式d出品。買飯時,同佢講走蔥,亦都同收銀confirm 左幾次。最後返到公司打開發現無走到🤬有一半飯被污染左,無得食要waste😥好彩d餸無事,仲食到,雞扒仍然juicy,蓮藕餅亦維持水準。不過由於有一半飯waste 左,所以食落唔夠飽,要再搵其他野食之前堂食都已經試過幾次,希望廚房可以睇清楚d 單先出個飯。😅經過今次事件,下次都係即場check 下個飯有冇事先走😓 continue reading

屯門一向都好多美食選擇,講到要食平靚正嘅連鎖快餐,第一時間諗起一定係呢間榮式燒雞扒啦!細細個嗰陣成日都會來食,好幾年冇食過,原來呢到已經裝修咗啦,座位雖然係之前闊落咗,不過都係偏窄~榮式雞扒飯💰HK$61份量多,有兩大塊雞扒,雞扒嘅雞皮燒到薄脆,雞肉嘅部份鮮嫩多汁,黑椒同雞扒味道果然係純配,依然都係記憶中咁美味~雞扒滷水豆腐飯💰HK$58呢碟就因為多咗滷水豆腐,所以得一塊雞扒,滷水豆腐好入味!最中意用飯旁邊嘅菜莆撈飯,口感更豐富惹味~ continue reading

好耐冇食啦,都係咁好食😋鴛鴦雞扒飯 最出名嘅榮式燒雞扒,即叫即燒👍🏻雞扒去筋同切到好薄身,所以燒個陣雞扒兩邊都接觸電爐燒烤😍用高溫坑紋電爐燒不但令雞扒多餘的油分於坑紋中流走,食時唔覺油膩,仲能把烹調時間大大縮短👍🏻保留雞扒肉汁令到雞扒皮脆肉嫩,最後扒上淋上榮哥秘製的肉汁醬油,會帶點甜味🤤食個陣好香口,肉質鮮嫩多汁😍仲試埋炸雞,有驚喜,炸得唔會太乾,肉質好Juicy😋仲有辣菜甫同蔥油,食落去更加有層次同口感😊 continue reading
