經過完一輪差唔多成個月嘅禁晚市堂食,尋日終於 可以 再嚟呢一間 食店度享用晚餐。其實之前呢間餐廳都經常坐滿人好好生意, 而今次我返嚟又再享用我最欣賞嘅 原隻燒春雞晚餐。今次我特別要求餐廳幫我走薯仔,換曬蔬菜。當然佢哋冇問題。而我先生就叫咗個300克嘅 牛扒餐。食物 水準同之前一樣唔差,感覺好似份量仲多咗啲(可能因為之前禁晚市好受疫情影響??)今次食物質數保持水準,啲雞外皮燒得好脆口,雞肉亦都juicy,唔会太乾身。而我先生都話佢今次個牛扒好食過上一次。 如無意外我哋應該會繼續支持呢一間 小店

堅係新開就試吓,叫咗個早餐外賣,要$50得個面,加錢轉左出前一丁同埋多士,但嚟到冇咗出前一丁最重要嘅麻油,要扣分,都好彩麵同湯係有分開上,我鍾意食爽啲嘅面但係佢就唔係嗰種,但未至於浸到林晒嘅,不過牛肉就冇牛肉味,沙嗲味又唔係特別濃,蛋就煎得可以嘅因為有流心效果,佢個多士有烘底都香,呢個價錢又唔包嘢飲,所有嘢又唔係做得特別好,你當我係腌尖或者要求高都好,出面有好多其他選擇,如果我唔係懶呢個budget我應該會做得好味過佢

19/05/2020今日下午和同事去了西灣河尚品冰室食午餐。環境不錯,清潔衛生。我叫了一個蔥油豬扒加蛋。上菜時間算快。賣相也不錯。可惜吃了一口才記得影相,因為太肚餓😂猪扒煎得幾好吃,不會太油,不會太乾,加上葱油👍👍。雞蛋要咗全熟嘅!不會煎得太老!👍👍叫咗杯熱齊啡!應該是即磨機磨,味道合我口味👍👍同事叫咗一碗豬扒麵,應該係用咗韓國公仔麵,賣相不錯,下次都可能會叫這一個豬扒麵。建議可多試有猪扒的菜式😁

今日下午和同事去了西灣河尚品冰室食午餐。
環境不錯,清潔衛生。
我叫了一個蔥油豬扒加蛋。
上菜時間算快。賣相也不錯。
可惜吃了一口才記得影相,因為太肚餓😂
猪扒煎得幾好吃,不會太油,不會太乾,加上葱油👍👍。
雞蛋要咗全熟嘅!不會煎得太老!👍👍
叫咗杯熱齊啡!應該是即磨機磨,味道合我口味👍👍
同事叫咗一碗豬扒麵,應該係用咗韓國公仔麵,賣相不錯,下次都可能會叫這一個豬扒麵。
建議可多試有猪扒的菜式😁

今天因公事來到西灣河一敞,本對此地的餐廳不太熟悉,湊巧碰到新店開張,見人流極旺,即興一試。下午茶-$42 生炸雞髀配半份西多士加沙律熱咖啡雞髀肉嫩,肉質鹹香脆口,沒有厚厚的炸粉,換來是滴滴的肉汁。西多士亦相當有水準,花生醬夠多之餘,炸得均勻,佔蛋漿的份量適宜。即磨咖啡夠濃夠熱,實屬招牌菜。

舊百好老細退休後, 好難搵地方食早餐.終於等到新鋪開返, 即刻來試下.新店叫<<尚品百好冰室>>, 最初呢幾日試業中, 加上疫情未有晚市.問過員工, 同舊百好一D關係都無, 只係響裝修同某D陳設上保留咗少少百好風格. 兩口子試咗一A一B早餐.A餐繼續係火腿通粉 + 炒蛋方飽(加$1轉多士) + 熱飲. ( $34)B餐係沙嗲牛肉麵 + 火腿煎蛋 + 餐包 + 熱飲  ($35)的確係試業中, D 伙計非常唔熟手, 已經有4-5個樓面以及3個水吧, 都仲係手忙腳亂.食物方面, 個包好食好脆.沙嗲醬汁似乎唔夠"杰身", 有進步空間.奶茶飲得出有落過功夫, 但略欠層次不足, 仍需努力.真心期待試業後有改善, 已經可以繼續做我嘅飯堂.!!!
