今次嘅飲食之旅帶我哋嚟到一間話咗俾你知係賣京菜嘅地方,真係有啲得意🎉。一入到門就聞到陣陣麵粉同肉香嘅誘惑,個肚都即刻叫晒起嚟。首先試咗津菜餃子,籽籽碌碌咁上檯,個皮薄嘅啱啱好,啖啖肉,卜卜脆,咬落去嘅時候就真係有種「餡料爆棚嘅感覺」,豐富得嚟唔肥膩,真係話得上係小巷深處嘅美味。再嚟,個翠玉豆餃更加出奇制勝,清新爽口,啲豆香味足夠但又唔攝嚇人,真係屋企人都一讚👍!唔好以為得餃子先至正,驢打滾話你知,呢玩意兒也多頗有底蘊嘅,外皮Q彈,甜度恰到好處,配合上內裡面嘅紅豆沙,叫人食咗心都暖笠笠。幾款選擇之下,可能就是湯麵略顯平庸啲,不過影響都唔大,因為餃子已經攞晒全場嘅掌聲👏。總結下,拎幾隻餃子,蘸點酢,喉嚨一吞,味蕾頓時舞起來。真係這家店嘅食物,叫人回味無窮,下次仲想試下果啲咩素餃。記得過黎啜一啜,真係實在喎! continue reading

午餐諗唔到食乜,求其入左一間唔洗排隊。算坐得幾寬敞。自己叫咗手撕雞拉麵,覺得好一般,雞肉有啲硬,個湯係豉油撈水,個面有啲淋,啲青瓜係冰凍。。。好似每一樣嘢都唔夾大家咁,格格不入,都幾唔好食。朋友叫咗個餃子 我無試,不過佢話一般另一個朋友都係叫手撕雞,不過係冷麵。好啲嘅加咗麻醬,但其實都係麻麻地。。。不過佢價錢中環lunch 嚟講唔算貴囉,又唔洗等位,可以諗下囉。。。 continue reading

前個星期日, 小妹子同朋友行完中環, 覺得肚仔餓, 就同朋友仔搵D野醫肚.佢就帶左我去食北京王府水餃.睇個名就知應該水餃係招牌菜, 無錯, 依間野水餃款式好多, 連D呀姐既服務態度都幾好架~坐底左, 就開始叫野食~首先叫左個小食拍黃瓜, OK啦...都爽口既, 15蚊都幾大碟~另外主菜就梗係叫水餃啦~水餃就30幾蚊左右, 就10粒, 可以雙併既都~我就叫左鮮蝦帶子韮黃餃,用料十足, 蝦同帶子都新鮮,抵食~而佢既茴香鮮肉餃, 味道好特別..但由於茴香味濃, 我就覺得一般..但朋友仔就中意食 continue reading

很久沒有食過水餃了,懷念當年在北京街頭食水餃的滋味,今晚就到了北京王府水餃吃餃子 發覺這間店的食物價錢一點都不貴兩個人食飯,只能叫了: (1) 鮮肉韮菜餃10隻- 韮菜很香,豬肉鮮甜,餃皮很薄,好有北京地道街頭水餃的味道(2)芝麻醬冷麵- 係咁熱的天氣,最好就是吃冷麵了! 雖然這個芝麻醬冷麵的配料只得青瓜絲及一隻鹵水蛋,但是也非常好味,消暑極品(3)鬆花蛋豆腐 - 鬆花蛋即是皮蛋,豆腐鮮嫩爽滑 很清新的冷盤,清熱生津 continue reading

昨天晚饭本来想去北京楼吃烤鸭,结果full咗,就走到王府去吃。听说之前一天两家都没开,昨天就开了一家,不过好像换了主家,变得非常难吃。点了鸡丝粉皮,蒜泥白肉,炸酱面,津菜饺和羊肉饺。想点炒菜说不做了,想点豆浆说卖完了。鸡丝粉皮和蒜泥白肉很快就上了,两盘黑乎乎的东西,鸡丝粉皮看不到鸡丝,只有两块像是别人吃剩的鸡骨头,蒜泥白肉就更不用说,像是放了几个月的,又黑又硬……后来上了炸酱面,一盆面半盆水……等两盘饺子上来的时候都已经没有了胃口。一口咬下去里面都是烂烂的肉,吃了两口就恶心得决定换下家。这样的店还好意思继续开,真是个笑话。 continue reading
