呢排都係食外賣多,海南雞飯真係好難搵到一間好食嘅,首先雞要入味仲要夠熟但不老,已經有難度,見到啲雞嘅骨仲有鮮紅色嘅血,真係未食都已經飽啦。呢間,雖然啲骨啲血未至於鮮紅色,只係淡淡的粉紅色,不過心理作用,都係覺得佢未完全熟透。而且啲雞好肥,好多肥膏,真係唔可以一大啖咬落去,享受唔到囉。。個飯睇顏色就好夠喎,不過其實佢係冇乜味,唔知佢落咗啲咩粉落去染黃色,一定唔係純雞油囉。完全冇雞油嘅香味。仲有嗰兩個醬啊,個盒都已經唔係大㗎啦,仲要入得三份一,啲醬係咪真係咁貴呀,完全唔夠用!

今日幾個人一齊出去食早餐,就去左附近依間王牌冰室,裝修幾新、環境乾淨,黎到就一定要試下佢地出名好濃味、好好食嘅沙爹牛肉,試完覺得依間嘅沙爹牛就比較甜、重花生醬味,比起偏鹹嘅沙爹牛,我就幾中意甜甜地嘅。佢地嘅早餐套餐有野飲,當其他人叫奶茶果陣,我就叫左杯茶走,茶走係茶加煉奶,味道似奶茶,但我懶,叫茶走就唔洗開多包糖。個餐仲包埋牛乳炒蛋同埋牛油多士,仲可以加$20轉蒜容多士,雖然早餐黎講都幾奢侈,但間中食下都幾開心嘅。

今日聖誕節,遲左出門,因為想去尖沙咀看燈飾,2點半左夻就先去到太子行街,先搵地方食飯,不過四圍都好多人,一路搵就行到去王牌冰室,因為有卡位,我一向都想有個舒服既位食飯。餐牌熱飲加$4,凍飲加7元。所以我地就叫左是日精選。乾炒豬扒意$57及干蔥啫啫雞$59。干蔥啫啫雞,幾特別,有叉燒,不過叉燒不是特別好吃,正正常常咁,雞都唔錯既因為用左雞扒黎做。最失望係無放辣,丁點辣都無放。乾炒豬扒意,就有少少辣,豬扒太瘦,所以都好乾,有點韌,還有豬扒可能無醃,唔係好食到味道。

又一間連鎖冰室開業。。為咗試吓所以連續兩日都去食早餐。。。去嗰日就係剛剛開張營業。。門口仲有拜神儀式。。座位很舒適多數是卡位。。。當然我又係試吓佢嘅火腿仿鮑魚絲通粉早餐啦。。。咁佢個價錢又合理。。同區$32算平。。。不過我就覺得佢個炒蛋🍳做炒唔夠好。。一啲都唔滑仲太熟添🙅🏻‍♀️。。第二日俾多次機會再去試佢其他款式早餐。。。另一個至愛❤️蕃茄濃湯午餐肉粒通心粉。。。呢個通粉都OK呀好彩我今次就特別order隻炒蛋不要過熟。。所以今次嘅炒蛋就比較滿意😍整體兩次來講還算可以。。。不過多士兩次都唔夠脆熱。。但係論價錢來講暫時同區算合理

再訪#王牌冰室不過是旺角店,🥚滑蛋叉燒飯 🥚炒蛋依舊是王牌Ace,用了 北海道 3.6 牛乳 炒的, 所以特別既香滑。 叉燒肥肉少, 不會落太多嘅蜜糖好甜膩咁。🍲 沙爹牛肉麵沙爹汁特別香濃 ,牛肉唔會老鞋,完食!仲有我最是掛念的椰汁紅豆冰!「王牌」生紅豆,此物最相思。所以我每次都忍不住點。你飲過就會明。
