好耐無食 久違食一次發現差左好多,失望。叫焦香但係唔焦。同一般豬肉無分別,燒味舖仲焦香啲。可取既係豬肉材料係ok,淋得黎有咬口同肥膏位。煎蛋真係流心仲有蛋汁,同可以揀沙律底。 continue reading

上次見到同事order,香味撲鼻而來,今日難得冇帶飯就諗住試下。提前20分鐘落下order,預好時間就行去拎外賣。去到見到鋪頭,前台就得一個同事,另外就有個叔叔夥計幫手將飯係後廚拎出黎。所以如果真係要叫外賣,一定要提早落左order先。咁我叫左一個焦蜜雙拼配菜飯!難得有菜飯一定要試。好啦到我打開盒飯,放在一隻太陽蛋遮擋視線,再放左好多焦糖叉燒擾敵,終於撥開曬啲餸,見到嘅係白飯。我當下真係晴天霹靂⋯⋯ 有冇搞錯。個種希望愈大失望愈大嘅感覺,從心而發。所以應該冇下次。而且啲叉燒實在講唔上優質,啲肉一般般。反而隻太陽蛋係點綴,相當出色。但絕對唔值呢個價錢 continue reading

成日聽同事講呢間叉燒飯好食抵買咁岩見到外賣平台有優惠就買黎試下一早落左單夠鐘就可以拎,呢種方式係人人人人人多既鰂魚涌黎講係好好,唔駛叫完外賣無了期咁等。WOW焦蜜叉燒菜飯+蛋+瑞士汁雞翼+罐裝雀檸唔好睇佢細細碗咁,但個桶算高身,同埋入面塞滿晒飯同叉燒,啲叉燒唔止放係碗面,飯中間都見到叉燒,仲有隻蛋。份量對一個女仔黎講係完!全!夠!飽! 我仲要唔知本身配蛋再加多隻😆飽到上心口。👍🏾叉燒入味,口感彈牙,無咩肥肉都唔會好似橡筋咁,亦無肥膏食到一pat油。👎🏾但食食下覺得好濟,自己食唔慣咬既飯,食食下覺得硬到吞唔落,要打下心口飲啖水先灌到落下。同埋啲汁唔夠均勻,中間無鼓油,好似要乾吞,但個底全部都係汁。瑞士汁雞翼表現不過不失,浸到好入味,不過肉質淋左啲啲。因為佢配菜飯,叉燒亦唔肥,間唔中可試一次。但除左隻蛋同啲菜,其實同燒味店都好相似,價錢比較下相對較貴。 continue reading

呢間主打叉燒嘅外賣店係好多地方都有分店,大多數都係商業區,我諗佢嘅主要要客戶群都係一班打工仔女正如佢嘅餐廳名一樣,呢間外賣店最主要就係食叉燒。睇中而家嘅人幾注重健康,所以佢嘅飯盒係一層菜飯一層叉燒咁樣層層疊上去,再係最面頭擺隻煎蛋,就成為咗佢最標誌性嘅飯盒。佢哋用嘅叉燒都係瘦叉燒,冇咩肥肉,啱晒追求健康嘅人士。但對於我來講,啲肉有啲硬,亦都唔係好有叉燒嘅精髓-燶邊,所以我會覺得有啲燒肉舖頭嘅叉燒仲好食過佢🙁 continue reading
