To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天在尖沙咀落班,想吃燒味或四寶飯,行過漢口道茶餐廳門外侍應姐姐推介燒味與越南菜; 另一半今天放假,與朋友們中午吃完自助午餐,雖現在仍不太肚餓,但我已肚餓呢! 燒味雙拼 $168老闆推介吃燒味,放棄點燒味飯套餐的原因是,散點份量才滿足我今晚的要求,哈哈!雙拼,可點燒鵝和燒腩仔,同一價錢 ! 燒腩仔脆皮,腩肉腍帶少許油脂,燒鵝皮香脆,脂油少,不油膩,鵝肉頗瘦。雞絲扎肉檬餐 $58另一半不吃飯,點了喜愛的檬粉,扎肉夠味,雞肉正常,湯底稍濃,檬粉軟韌適中,咬到蒜片與薄葱的香味,口中的味道忽變得清香。三色冰 -跟餐$10啫哩條,紅豆,綠豆夠腍,椰奶足夠,濃度與甜度都不錯。中湯 -跟餐 @$8以為點了飲品不能再點其他,但老闆說沒問題,更問我們1碗或2碗(做生意很有彈性,而且他很健談,最後竟送了例湯給我們喝) ,湯清味甜有肉味,"最最" 難得的是湯面沒多餘油份,紅蘿蔔還有甜味,沒有味精,這個例湯比很多酒樓還要好,平靚正!會安春卷 $40鬆脆不油膩,夾生菜,甜酸蒜汁加埋酸蘿蔔同吃,不會熱氣,OK。

尖沙咀漢口道新開左間新派越式菜館-「和味」,見外賣自取有9折,今日就買番個外賣lunch試下。越式炒金邊粉 ($62)金邊粉一食就知即叫即炒,炒得好有鑊氣,亦不太油膩。而且味道非常野味開胃,用料新鮮,有蝦仁,芽菜,蛋一齊炒。份量亦好足夠,值得一試。一口扎肉粉包 (午市套餐加$28的小食)扎肉同粉包都做得非常入味,用料新鮮,皮薄晶瑩,肉味亦夠,以小店來講,實在做得不俗。整體來講,小店新開張,食物美味,價格合理,而且外賣飯盒亦乾淨企理,有機會一定會再次光顧。
