Fri 19th May 呢度真係隱世,隔離係中學,附近有個圖書館,安興街足球場,然後全部都係車房。簡潔嘅裝修,一路播住寰亞電影,一路食嗰啲自家製湯底娃娃菜,一路聽住周董D唱,真係好有家嘅感覺。呢間嘢都幾旺,食客嘅profile好闊,學生仔、閨蜜、一家大細、獨L …。仲會返枱生意都唔錯。舖頭乾淨企理光猛雞蛋刮刮皺皮腸 必食有米香有蛋味 自家製豉油溝得啱啱好。份量都唔細㗎,如果下午茶食佢加個熱飲到啱啱好喇。食得出 個Chef 喺細節位有諗過點樣精益求精。因為出邊係有唔少呢啲餐廳仔,淨係死煮爛煮 不思進取。例如呢度嘅串燒上枱,會有個蠟燭台暖住D嘢。呢個裝置我屋企都有成日用,啲餸唔會凍得咁快,可以慢慢食。喺 米字國 嘅 唐餐舖 都經常有呢啲燭台亂住啲餸,但係香港就好少見。呢度係抵讚我上多幾燒牛脷推薦一咬就知非池中物。肉質鮮嫩多汁又燒得香口,果然老闆娘招供,啲牛脷係sous vide 幾個鐘 再燒。呢個燒魷魚鬚火候啱啱好,尖尖就脆 鬚身保持到肉嫩。哇樸實無華就係叫冰凍綠豆沙。記得留肚試吓佢。

燒韮菜都非常好食,韮菜的味道好香,非常適合用來搭配啤酒。

燒鱔和燒魷魚鬚都是舖頭的招牌菜之一,食起來鮮嫩可口。

燒五花腩微辣,肥瘦適中,食落軟冧冧,香口又唔膩

燒秘製醬牛柳粒和燒秘製雞脾肉,用料新鮮,做法獨特。

清酒焗花甲是我第一次嚐試,吃起來非常鮮甜,花甲的肉質很鮮嫩,配上清酒的香氣,蔥同芫荽,啲湯一啖接一啖咁飲。

最後係招牌菜雞蛋腸粉和燒菠蘿,雞蛋腸粉口感軟嫩,好惹味,燒菠蘿也非常好吃,吃起來甜甜的,燒得剛好,口感酥脆。

總體來說,這家串燒小食店的食物非常好吃,店家的技術和調味都非常獨特,我非常推薦大家去嚐試一下。
