呢次係女朋友係open rice搵來的上海餐廳。Overall來說,不過不失。我地點左三樣:灌湯牛肉餡餅、紅燒牛肉麵、肉醬拌麵,。三樣都好快上,首先係灌湯牛肉餡餅。賣相不錯,裡面多汁,但肉偏咸,要連皮一塊起就ok。至於紅燒牛肉麵,d麵okay。不過牛肉好肥,都食得過既。最後的肉醬拌麵,好味。值得一試。BTW,個d侍應服務態度不太好,成身煙味。badbad

三樣都好快上,首先係灌湯牛肉餡餅。

賣相不錯,裡面多汁,但肉偏咸,要連皮一塊起就ok。

至於紅燒牛肉麵,d麵okay。不過牛肉好肥,都食得過既。

最後的肉醬拌麵,好味。值得一試。


BTW,個d侍應服務態度不太好,成身煙味。badbad

年前試過一次,印象還不俗,是次周末再來,碰巧店方剛開晚市,可以作第一輪客人不用等,而帶位的見有身孕而特意開新區給梳化位不需逼在主廳的2人位,第一印象不錯;二來店員主動詢問我要水要茶,也是貼心位。胃納不多,只想安座吃一頓,就點了口水雞、蔥油拌麵與灌湯牛肉餅。畢竟三道菜式由不同位置製作,上菜不分次序,先來的是蔥油拌麵,這道麵食是每次吃上海菜都會點,每間的製法都有異,暫最得我心的反而是夏麵館。這裡的蔥油拌麵配料份量足,甚至是過多,可幸麵質夠彈牙,拌起來不會太乾,反倒附送的湯就有點不自然。口水雞調味重手,辣勁非常,但用上肉多骨少的部份,處理得宜不鞋口,這價錢已達標。而牛肉餅已成必點之作,因多食客點,大批製作難免有點耐,但即炸上檯,新鮮熱辣,先咬一小孔放走蒸氣與滾燙的湯汁,不禁想起清真牛肉館,但這個炸得香脆反而少份油膩感,而且大小恰好,不會吃得狼狽上海菜往往上菜快,即使限坐90分鐘,通常40-50分鐘都吃得七七八八,反正不在此吃甜點,就早讓出位置給等位的人,轉場吃甜點就可以了

正如總評所講,試一次就夠....,之前就係睇d食評ok,先成大班friend黎試下....但果晚o既晚餐...真係食到超嬲,不斷提我地交台,執台面未食完/用完o既餐具!!!極討厭行為~~大家都明果晚係星期5,想做多輪生意,但唔使由入座起,不斷催落單,不斷問仲有食物o既碟要唔要,每隔幾個字就提我地幾點要還台...最離譜o既係,台上仲有野食未食完,有個侍應竟然想收我地d碗筷囉....咩服務態度呢???野食有水準,但不斷被趕走o既話,d野食好食都冇用囉~極討厭!!!!!

I came to this shop after church and it was around 2pm. I was told that this shop has long queue in lunch hour but I did not see any when I was there with my friends. I was so hungry and ordered one 擔擔麵 for myself. In the past, I tried 詠藜園 in Whaompo and I think this one is better. More importantly, it is more "fine". Comparing to 詠藜園, this soup is denfitily not just using nuts peanut sauce and chili oil. It has more flavor in it but I cannot tell what is it. Anyways, the soup is overall very go

Anyways, the soup is overall very good given it is not too thick and not too thin. I like spicy and the spicyness is just about right. In terms of quantity, it is a bit small after taken into account that they charge $50.


Besides that, we have ordered 小籠飽 and 夫妻肺片. I did not try much but my friends said was just so so. Next time, I must try the beef dumplings which I saw many positive things about it in other review
. For service, it is not bad and overall environment is comfortable. I will recommend this place to others.

經過K11幾次都見到這間餐廳,上openrice睇下評語都不錯,就同老公試下晚餐。叫左椒塩排骨、黃金蝦球、津白、牛肉餅。總而言之,非常失望。椒塩排骨炸得好乾,直情咬不落,試多一塊,都係一樣,仲乾過牛豬肉乾,完全𣎴可以接受。津白中規中矩,這個餸都好難整得難食。黃金蝦球到左,一睇即知"黃金"(鹹蛋)太厚,奪走蝦球鮮味,我要飲整杯水先至可以消化左厚厚的鹹蛋粉。招牌牛肉餅最後到,味道一般,不知道怎解係"招牌"!同九龍城清真牛肉館的牛肉餅差好多!埋單hks370,我同老公互看一眼,知道以後都不會再來!

上星期六去尖沙嘴K11地庫之霞飛點心拉麵,一試其出名的灌湯牛肉餡餅和拉麵,當日下午一時前到達,尚幸還有位,不用等,坐下就四圍望,裝修新淨,座位與座位之間距離較近,但餐具精美,打開菜譜,因肚餓關係,很快就叫了灌湯牛肉餡餅,肉絲抄拉麵和三鮮春卷,牛肉餡餅上來時,非常的色,比九龍城出名的牛肉餡餅細一半,用口慢慢咬 (因驚肉汁噴出來),肉汁非常鮮甜,随後來的肉絲抄拉麵,非常上海式,即係色濃油多,一啖食下,感覺較甜,拉麵尚可 (可能期望過高,似乎比不上其他出名的拉麵),食了一半,オ想起影相,随即用手機拍攝,如果上海菜不是你杯茶,奉勸不要試這道菜。最後是三鮮春卷,新鮮熱辣,非常香口,埋單百多元,不太貴,但亦不便宜,可以一試。

同朋友P同朋友Y搵一間餐廳傾計, 朋友就建議黎K11霞飛 結果, 果然係一個好建議招牌擔擔面比我想像中還要好食面身係我喜歡的略硬面身。湯身比較辣, 而且好濃郁, 加上面就更加好食美中不足係唔夠麻味, 我本人比較喜歡麻味好重的 牛肉面份量好夠, 而且味道好濃 面身同擔擔面既面係一樣的, 好好食, 硬度好好, 唔太"林" 小籠包絕對是成餐飯既Highlight 皮薄但又唔會一夾就爆, 而且包入面湯多汁又濃 最重要係成個小籠包好好食!!真係好好食!!絕對會再黎食過!!

鮮肉小籠包($30):最沒有特色的一道菜。沒有重大的缺點,但也沒有什麼優點:不特別鮮美,肉湯不特別多,外皮沒有麥香也不是特別纖薄。就是很普通的四隻點心,一吃無妨,不吃也無損失。

整體感覺這是很高級「快餐店」式的食店:價格相宜;侍應服務不冷不熱但效率很高;座位稍逼但大致舒服,環境乾淨企理。食物沒有驚為天人之處,但水準平均不俗,口味很大眾化(指沒有什麼奇怪/強烈材料或味道,菜式也是常見的)。一群不熟的朋友要聚會,不肯定大家心中的budget,不知道大家的口味,又不想吃得太差的話,這裡是個很理想的選擇。當然前提是要先訂座啦,不然排隊排死你。

與朋友7點左右到達的,沒有訂位,但是也不需要等候,剛好有位置三個人點了這些菜:鮮肉小籠包:招牌菜,根據openrice推薦點的,味道很正。鮮肉生煎饅頭:油炸的,外面比較硬,不如小籠包好吃。灌湯牛肉餡餅:挺香的,但是外面比較硬。霞飛招牌擔擔麵:擔擔麵非常好吃,花生味很濃,還有點點小辣。雪菜肉絲炒年糕:挺不錯的。黃油花雕桂花魚:魚比較大,可惜油炸的肉比較油,不是特別滿意,價格偏貴。乳香肉跟方包:用方包夾著肉吃,適合人多時候吃。火腿津白:白菜加點臘肉,一般般啦。杏汁高力:一開始點的時候以為是糖水一般,結果上來四個球,裏面有夾心的奶油和杏仁味,一般般。滋補潤喉羹:桂花香很濃,但是沒吃出來其他是什麽。服務員態度還不錯的。
