在某家台式一人火鍋餐廳用餐的經驗，讓我感到有些失望。首先，自助區和甜品區的選擇明顯不夠豐富，讓人覺得很平凡。雖然有提供各種配料，但種類少得讓人無法滿足不同的口味需求，尤其是對於喜歡嘗試新口味的食客而言，實在難以吸引再次光臨。套餐的份量也相對較小，雖然價格不算高，但卻難以讓人感到滿足。火鍋的味道雖不算差，但始終讓人覺得「不過不失」。尤其是鴛鴦鍋的一側，鍋格設計過於細小，根本無法容納足夠的食材，這樣的設置讓整個用餐體驗顯得格外尷尬。此外，令人疑惑的是，雖然鍋格小，但卻不能保持滾燙的狀態，讓人對火鍋的熱度產生懷疑。總體而言，這家餐廳在環境和服務上都還算友好，但食物的品質和選擇卻讓人感到失望。若是未來能夠增加食材的多樣性和份量，或許會更具吸引力。現在的狀況，似乎難以成為我再度光顧的理由。 continue reading

    驚喜嘅。1. 一人一鍋，唔再怕又公筷又食其他人口水尾2. 一人自己叫一個湯底 & 套餐3. 套餐份量睇落唔多，但食落其實好夠。仲要一定有一盆菜，成件事健康晒4. 套餐有台式飲品，正5. 半自助，無限添王子麵、公仔麵、紫薯麵、肉噪飯、刨冰、台式糖水可惜，有限時，90分鐘。同時間地，就算無人等位，未爆場，90分鐘真係叫我地要走。 唔係有錯，因為入座時已講明，不過其實如果可以有啲彈性，成件事會更加完美。另一讚係場地的確乾淨嘅，因為睇住佢哋認真清潔，而且地下亦無一般火鍋店黐黐立立嘅感覺。 continue reading
