To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日我同太太去東港城謝謝濃食午餐,當時都有幾張吉枱,職員要我地坐近廚房出面兩個位,但我見其他地方仲有位,於是我坐喺四人枱,職員話要搭枱,但當時還有幾張枱,我冇理佢坐低,當我哋坐低後,佢夾硬將張枱分開,我於是將枱推埋一齊,該職員走過來再分開張枱並話一定要搭枱,她的態度非常惡劣,其他有兩個人坐四人枱佢又唔將佢分開,跟住行開仲喺度鬧我哋,於是我離開無幫襯。唔怪得啲人話香港職員態度非常差。其實你可以話如果多人我哋就要分開張枱比其他兩人坐,無需惡言相向,死牛一面頸,做得咁唔開心,不如唔好做

星期日出街玩,食返呢間上海餐廳。我地兩個人叫左菜肉雲吞麵配炸蝦春卷同口水雞飯。菜肉雲吞麵:麵條煮得剛好,彈牙有嚼勁,與鮮嫩多汁的菜肉雲吞完美結合。菜肉雲吞內餡豐富,肉質鮮美,蔬菜的清爽口感為整道菜增添了層次。炸蝦春卷:炸蝦春卷外層炸至金黃酥脆,咬下去時發出脆脆的聲音,讓人垂涎欲滴。春卷內的蝦肉鮮嫩多汁,搭配蔬菜的清爽口感,口感絕佳。口水雞飯:嫩滑的雞肉保持了肉質的鮮嫩和多汁,每一口都能感受到肉汁在口中爆開的美味。配以獨特的口水雞醬汁,增添了層次感和風味。

Was not expecting such high quality food found in this random mall😮Xiao Long Bao is one of my must-order dish whenever I go to a Shanghainese restaurant, theirs is definitely top-notch❗️The crust is super thin while it holds a big spoonful of soup in the dumplings, the meat fillings is also very generous😍The Sweet and Sour Fish is my another go-to but not all restaurants can make it well, but again they wow-ed me😮The fish was in big chunks hence very juicy and with a solid texture, wrapped by a thin batter that gave the perfect crispiness and dipped in a nicely seasoned sweet and sour sauce, absolutely perfect😍Then we have the Signature Fried Rice and Banana and Red Bean Souffle Ball, of course, do not disaapoint at all👍🏼Revisit: For Sure❣️

服務態度非常差,員工說話表情極不友善,粗聲粗氣,黑口黑面。早上食客不太員工亦夠人,但食物做好也沒人取食物給客人,以至食物冷卻,真的要改善,雖然食物質數可以,但要睇面色食飯。
