y...NOT? Coffee Engineer (Closed)

每朝返工都會買杯咖啡，上環有好多coffee shop，但自從Y not開左之後我就只會幫襯佢。佢只做外賣，無位坐，門面細細，個價位唔平架，但試過一次就覺得值得。試過佢既latte, signature latte, cappuccino，最愛都係flat white。佢呢度既咖啡好香，奶泡好濃好滑，口感同出面既爭太遠。就算係take away，都會好有心機拉花，一讚可惜得一間店，如果多幾間分店就好，方便啲😬

Honestly my husband and I can't rave more about this cafe. I live in Melbourne Australia so to impress me with coffee is extremely hard. We have some of the best of the best barista, however I must say I think the consistency at Y-not is perfection. Every time we go for a quick coffee hit has been perfect! This is actually the second time I've had Y not and both times were great! First time I got a double shot espresso as I was actually hoping they would have Nitro coffee but they said the machine in causeway bay is not working anymore. A bit disappointed but the espresso was good! And now this time I was a the sheung wan location and saw they had the nitro tap, but once again they were out and didn't have it in operation. 同個同事講起上環呢度咁多cafe, 作為coffee lover佢話要見一間試一間。我就幾大都唔搏，呢度又唔似得澳洲求其買杯house blend都唔會死得人。大佬俾40蚊買杯咖啡，唔好飲真係會灰成個下晝㗎嘛。佢試到呢間就包膠返話個flat white得，我即刻滿心歡喜，因為自己鐘意飲多奶嘅咖啡，加上未飲過邊間flat white係真係做得似樣嘅。上次去咗太子/深水埗交界間cafe飲杯flat white, 佢個menu畫到好言之有物話flat white個奶泡要去到幾多云云，但係一叫出嚟嗰下都係fail咗。。。講返正題，星期三lunch時間走到過去，鋪面乾淨簡單唔花巧，一眼見晒兩塊黑版仔嘅menu+兩位台員，心郁郁之下見佢有塊好temp嘅牌寫住"Signature Latte"即刻就扑搥。八掛如我就問下店員哥哥signature同普通有咩分別，佢就答話基本上啡同奶個料係一樣嘅，但係個奶泡做出嚟會綿啲密啲滑啲！叫咗杯中size盛惠40蚊。極速俾到我，仲要半透明嘅杯蓋底下有拉花！個杯蓋好特別有粒黑色plug仔俾你掹出嚟放熱飲管，都頗鐘意個杯嘅design. sip一啖啡，香滑順喉，温度剛

In terms of coffee quality, one of the best I've had in HK. Friendly staff, quick service and overall a great for a quick coffee stop.

11月天氣仍然好熱，食完飯買杯咖啡，本來想行去對面⭐️巴克。見未試過呢間開業無耐嘅ynot，價錢又唔係好貴，就買左杯latte。咖啡味濃郁，有水準，外賣都有拉花。飲厭左其他嘅不妨試試。

I am a latte lover and wanted to try this cafe for awhile when I first saw their store in Causeway Bay. Asked for their signature latte and love their see-though cover on top where you are able to see their AMAZING latte art! Taste-wise: well balance coffee & milk. 作為紫薯迷，對於紫薯Latte唔係新野，不過依個Latte真係做得唔錯！紫薯系列有時好伏，一係陣味好假，一係甜到飲糖水咁！店員好有禮貌，服務好好，仲每一杯都有拉花！今次冇令我失望，唔會話太甜，奶味重，但冇蓋過紫薯味，最欣賞d紫薯蓉，好足料！店員教我搞一搞個底，真係飲到一粒粒！e間coffee shop都有幾多味既latte揀，其中有個青瓜latte，幾有趣！但只有凍飲，遲d有機會再試下！

對咖啡沒有太多研究，所以少有地特別為一杯咖啡而打食評，但「YNOT Coffee」令我有衝動想立即打一篇讚揚一下店員的對工作的熱誠及服務態度！雖然沒有每天喝咖啡的習慣，但眼訓時總會到附近的連鎖式咖啡店買杯咖啡提提神。雖然知道附近有間新咖啡店開業，但習慣了到連鎖店所以一直未有光顧。雖然沒有光顧，但每天買早餐時常會行經店前，店員總會熱情地打招呼。直至一天睡魔急call，想要落街逛逛買杯咖啡。行經新店停下來看看餐牌，店員就立即幫忙介紹咖啡，最後就選了一杯rose latte,玫瑰花香不算太濃，奶香較重，不過首次購買時沒有為latte拍照Toffee nuts latte $37今日再次到訪，店員同樣熱情地為我介紹咖啡，最後選擇了期間限定的「Toffee nuts latte」，由於天氣轉冷，購買時店員還詢問了是否需要加熱，意思是先煮熱鮮奶再沖咖啡，貼心非常。味道方面，同樣奶香較重，而果仁味較拖肥味突出一點，而咖啡味則濃度適中不過最令人窩心的是等候咖啡期間，咖啡師竟跟我說：「今日唔著藍色裙啦？」聽到後呆了半秒才懂反應。能記得一位客人的衣著已令我感到非常驚訝，怎料再來一句：「上次應該係第一次黎，

今日經過附近時發現有新coffee shop 開張平時係無選擇下只能選擇星桶作提神, 咖啡質素就不能要求太多了機會難得就order了一杯macchiato新開張期間25%off, 拜高地價所賜正價比英國平均水平要貴些許由於朝早人流並唔多, 等左2分鐘左右barista就沖好我杯咖啡先講不足之處:Macchiato/espresso 等比較濃縮既咖啡應該用細紙杯裝咖啡溫度唔夠熱Macchiato 來講加得太多奶泡糖要問工作人員先有雖然講左唔少不足之處, 但對我來講, 一杯咖啡最重要既始終係味道用我有限詞彙來講既話, 這裡的咖啡係幾好飲, 亦係我開account寫短評既理由下次經過會再試下其他食物/咖啡

Coffee Engineer!  令我頗為期待！ 這星期終於開張！  更意想不到試業首兩日，咖啡店以免費試飲咖啡作招徠，  直至第三天經過及第一次幫襯時，發覺宣傳效果的確起了作用！ 免費試飲咖啡當日，女店員也作簡單介紹！ 加上店內有專業咖啡師坐鎮，即席以熟練手法把咖啡拉花，而每一個工序都一絲不苟，  悉心沖調精品咖啡，連咖啡師的力度及不同的咖啡溫度也很講究，例如：Latte 比 Flat white 的溫度較熱，從而會影響味道、質感及口感；此外，不同的咖啡款式選用來自不同國家的咖啡豆，對選擇咖啡豆的品種、保存、烘焙、杯測、沖調技術.........等，務求把咖啡的每一個細節都精益求精，製作認真！簡單的一杯咖啡，咖啡師花上無限心機去精挑細琢地沖調，可算是咖啡工程師！ 氮氣咖啡 (試業第一天試飲)以肯亞咖啡豆沖調，先把咖啡豆浸上 72 小時，讓咖啡豆中的天然果酸減低，  更容易入口！  啡黑色的咖啡是一杯齋啡，沖出來有一點泡， 些少凍、質感稀薄而清澈，卻是入口
