星期日一個人想食串燒,特登來試下。先叫左1 round 芝士煙肉大菇、羊肉串、蘆筍煙肉卷。老闆好有心,擺盤整得好靚,蔬菜好新鮮👍 大菇味道一流,超級juicy爆汁,又切到一啖啖既size,好細心❤️ 蘆筍卷每卷都有5條,而且好嫩,俾足料👍 而且煙肉係厚煙肉,唔似有d地方用薄煙肉,又油又痴牙。 唯一失色係羊肉,冇孜然味,蓋唔住羊肉臭味,而且亦都凍左。第二round加點燒菠蘿、雞軟骨同燒墨丸。燒菠蘿超級大推薦! 好多串燒店的菠蘿都好老又有渣,但lee到的嫩、甜、香,好似食到有點微微酒味咁!讚!墨丸亦都彈牙。整體來說值得推薦,老細服務態度好好,亦感覺有心。不過在燒野既次序上可能要再落d功夫,才不至於燒完出來有d好夠熱有d已經凍左。加油!

燒牛仔骨,首個衝線 ﹗牛仔肉鬆軟棉棉,不乾不硬,醃味恰到好處不過火,煎完再燒份外香口。牛仔骨一向都牛脂澎湃,難得油潤而不膩,而且泛著輕輕燋香味更是吸引。骨頭旁既骨膜結實彈牙非常有咬口,最喜歡慢慢品嚐。

燒羊架 5 成熟,緊隨著牛仔骨送到,擺位整齊有序,撒上炒鮮檸皮點綴一下,還飄著檸皮獨特的清新香氣。豪氣地一咬一扯,無需怕醜,肉汁飛射 ﹗煎封了的外層肉味濃有嚼勁,孜然粉味道突出。保護著裡面鮮甜粉紅嫩肉,水潤棉棉,啖啖肉好幸福。

豉汁炒花蛤,難得係生炒,好多食肆汆完水,求其兜個汁就出貨,味道、海水味、鮮甜味早係汆水時已經全部流失喇。但生炒花時間,而且要冒有砂、有泥、有嗅蜆既風險呢。熱騰騰上檯,鮮甜無比,肥美飽滿脹卜卜,充滿海水咸香,肉汁澎湃,無得輸。雖然有幾點砂,又有隻死蜆,不過我都比滿分 ﹗寫食評時時發現 delete 錯左花蛤張相呢,人家影得好靚架麻,陰功 ﹗

厚切牛舌串燒,略洒海鹽調味已非常足夠,外賣燒得金黃燋香,牛羶味透著少許咸香,質地先腍棉後微爽,都不錯。夾住鮮茄一齊食,依個配搭更是創新,味道清爽。

醬燒鰻魚,原條份量都幾多,決定半條堂食、半條外賣去 Baby 分甘同味吧。煎皮脆肉嫩,鰻魚皮微脆香口,鰻魚肉軟塾,大大啖沾上甜甜照燒汁,不過不失啦。硬係欠一點鮮甜味道,欠缺靈魂。

海螺串燒,螺味強烈,但有點單調。彈力十足,仲彈中帶結實。食左一舊味道有點寡,配上蒜蓉辣椒更加好味,估唔到味道非常夾喎,正呀 ﹗

燒魷魚鬚,索一索香噴噴,暈得一陣陣。見老闆夾起魷魚鬚時十分跳盪,生猛到活既一樣 ﹗燒得好惹味香口啊 ﹗鮮魷魚味突出,天然海水咸香無可媲美,爽嫩彈牙無得頂 ﹗全餐 $500 蚊有找,仲要 order 左幾客串燒外賣添,價錢實惠合理。

想不到在大埔有鐵板燒食呢就和女友一試了♡!!店舖骨子,裝修不錯,主打外賣,在鐵板燒面前有2個位坐(包場了)年輕老闆老闆娘態度好nice 。鐵板燒需時就係人都知。但無呆等feel。。老闆用心的燒烤亦常和客人交流傾計。溫馨小店我以為日本漫畫先有既呢我和女友皆食得輕鬆滿足。。吾會有<食完放低$$錢走人>既麻木公式感覺。。。用餐期間亦有不少人鐵板燒外賣。。。看得出老闆老闆娘皆親切的招呼,無冷場無欺場,值得一讚及支持我們食左幾樣。。。老闆在面前即點即鐵板燒。。色香味俱佳。。亦有不同調味料推介1/蟶子王-好食鮮甜。。老闆介紹加即磨塞浦路斯黑海鹽。。味道更掂!2/鮟康魚肝多士-比鵝肝多士好味。。可能少地方有鮟康魚肝食。。食過想再食3/安格斯牛肉串/紐西蘭羊肉串-燒得幾香,店主介紹加辣粉燒,岩我口味,勁香口4/煙肉車厘茄-食過幾樣重口味,老闆娘介紹的,清爽的味道,令平時少食車厘茄的我都覺得好味!水缸亦有其他新鮮食材。。鮑魚,龍蝦,心郁郁和女友再來用餐呢
