Yakiniku Kakura開左黎元朗啦,自從上次係黃埔食過之後,就對佢的大判燒念念不忘。今日約埋住附近的朋友黎試下。雖然是烤肉店,不過店內的抽油煙系統做得幾好,入到去的空氣好清新,而且靠窗邊的景色非常開揚。我同朋友都係點了✨️黑毛和牛大判燒拼US牛板腱✨️前菜的麵鼓湯,沙律和辣肉粒,食得出都係用心制作。✨️和牛大判燒的油花分佈均勻,輕輕烤2下就有十字網紋,食落去真係入口即溶。配埋溫泉蛋,味道更濃郁滑溜。牛板腱有少少咬口,烤到微微焦香,調味得宜,肉味濃郁。✨️最後的甜品上台已經感覺非常精緻。雪米糍的皮薄,入面係雪呢拿雪糕。杏仁布甸就夠幼滑。今餐真係好高享受,大家都好滿足。餐廳午市原來仲有好多選擇,下次再來試下先。
