Yakiniku Kakura🇯🇵由日本九州嚟到香港,港九新界共有4間分店~今次同朋友喺元朗Yoho Mix食lunch,下午燒肉定食有十幾款選擇✅仲已經包埋前菜,湯,沙律,飲品同甜品。飯都係用日本米㗎🍚同朋友共點兩款定食,黑毛和牛大判燒拼US牛板腱肉同埋美國穀飼牛盛合。另外追加牛舌同雞腿肉🥩豐富!黑毛和牛大判燒係我最推薦嘅,入口好軟嫩,微微溶化嘅感覺,點埋蛋汁令味道更加有層次🐃 US牛板腱肉質感較為結實而有彈性,燒起上嚟特別香。美國穀飼牛盛合同樣有牛板腱,另外仲有腹前小排,肉味濃郁又好juicy💦每款各有特式!食完之後上甜品亦有驚喜,用和風盒子擺盤,入面有一個杏仁奶凍同雪米糍,賣相靚得嚟都好好味~而餐廳環境都好舒服,夠寬敞,即使係燒肉店都唔會有油淋淋嘅感覺!讚!👍🏻

黑毛和牛大判燒係我最推薦嘅,入口好軟嫩,微微溶化嘅感覺,點埋蛋汁令味道更加有層次🐃 US牛板腱肉質感較為結實而有彈性,燒起上嚟特別香。美國穀飼牛盛合同樣有牛板腱,另外仲有腹前小排,肉味濃郁又好juicy💦每款各有特式!

今日又去咗我最愛嘅燒肉店YAKINIKU KAKURA,掛住佢哋嘅大判燒。肉質實在太美味🤤會令人食上癮。有別於其他燒肉店佢哋個爐都好特別。喺爐邊就有抽氣系統。直接將油煙抽走。所以燒咗好多嘢食都唔覺得有油煙味。今次揀咗Omakase套餐,每位498元,我想講 有勁多嘢食囉,兩個人都食唔晒- OMAKASE沙律:清新開胃,為接下來的燒肉做好準備。- 泡菜三點盛:味道酸辣適中,配搭燒肉一流。- 塩味上牛舌:肉質滑嫩,味道鮮美,令人回味無窮。- 蔥鹽味若雞精選兩種:雞肉嫩滑,搭配蔥鹽,十分入味。- 海老:刺身級別的大蝦,只需要燒到五成熟,充分保留了蝦肉的鮮甜和嫩滑,真係一流!- 大判燒:黑毛和牛西冷,肉質超靚,燒出來的油脂香氣四溢,讓人垂涎欲滴。- 烧耆野菜:新鮮的蔬菜,為整個餐點增添了健康感。- 黑毛和牛精選兩款:每一口都充滿了肉汁的鮮美。- KAKURA冷麺:清爽可口,完美解膩。- 甜品:雪糕糯米糍和牛奶布丁,為這頓大餐畫上完美句號。
