Introduction
This yakiniku restaurant mainly serves high quality Japanese Wagyu beef that is imported from Japan directly. The wagyu marinated with spices for several hours to bring out a special taste, which is good to pair with Japanese beer to level up the enjoyment.

Not technically “new”, as restaurant simply downsized and moved from its previous location. (With Sushi KU taking its place).Yakiniku Dinner. Counter seating approximately 8 with a few tables. No more terrace for smokers.Went for the Omakase set ($880). Chef noted that all the beef was from 九州, and there were not as many rare cuts on offer as before. Here’s what we had. SaladTrio of Appetizers being:-Wagyu with Sea Urchin -deep fried 獅子狗卷-assorted vegetablesSirloin filled with homemade Tomato SauceAssorted Wagyu, including:-fillet-Thick Cut Ox Tongue-Diaphragm -Knuckle (和尚頭) and 龜之甲- inner back thigh; not as fatty- quite chewy.-辣椒肉, near the shoulder blade. Very meaty and chewy.-Rib-Non-beef items: Pork Sausage and Chicken ThighStewed crab with pumpkin Sukiyaki served with a blob of rice and Japanese egg.Choice of Udon or Noodles mixed with Minced Wagyu and Chopped Scallion. Noodles were a bit dry.Dessert: choice of cookies or hojicha IceCream. In summary: delightful sizzling symphony of tender grilled meats with excellent service and ventilation.
