之前喺長沙灣search過下附近有咩嘢串燒咁岩見到呢間有得楚買相亦都唔差今晚終於帶埋男朋友一齊嚟試吓呢間鋪頭 $60 半打串燒由左邊起嘅係魷魚鬚 冬菇 雞腎 雞軟骨雞俾肉 黑椒豬爽肉全消上枱嘅時候熱辣辣食物上面有好多孜然粉我哋叫嗰幾串肉都燒得好嫩 充滿肉汁呢一個芝士雞粒喺出邊唔係好常見叫嘅時候我都打定輸數會炸好乾放入口出奇地一樣好juicy芝士都有流心嘅效果不過就唔夠香川燒原條茄子其實食燒茄子最重要都係食個汁呢一個燒茄子嘅汁充滿蒜味如果仲想濃味啲可以加枱頭嘅炸蒜粒鮮魚濃湯入口嘅味道坦白講唔覺但可以喺相片中見到有搵拉麵嘅配料10分豐富當然我哋加咗$18加火灸叉燒原本嘅拉麵都配上糖心蛋 紫菜四片日式魚蛋 筍 木耳 粟米其實50幾蚊來講有呢碗拉麵已經絕對超值雖然湯底唔夠好味不過啲配料加返分要留意一點鋪頭比較細大約只有12個人嘅位置

同兩個朋友夜晚想食下宵夜吹下水,搵到呢間燒夜食堂差不多1點都仲開緊門,就想試下味!估吾到呢間小店既宵夜意外高質,由於深夜時間,老闆都係即叫即整,所有食物都係熱辣辣👏🏼我地叫左d燒物加一碗黑蒜油拉麵,整體食物水準幾高,基本上每樣都幾好食!講左呢個叉燒拉麵先,係好飲既黑蒜油湯底,佢既配料都好食,例如糖心蛋係整得幾好味,拉麵份量都好合理,叉燒好食得黎仲有好多舊添👍🏼串燒我地叫左金針菇,燒雞中翼同幾串雞肉串,質素吾差,係好味既日式串燒味道,雞肉肉質同個醬汁都夾,唯獨金針菇我個人覺得吾夠味由於有好多間世間級燒茄子同燒生蠔,所以呢個比較起來就自然無咁驚喜,但其實都算係不錯既味道燒甜番薯係我好中意叫既日本燒物,正呢間小店都真係一間不錯既燒夜店呀!

雞軟骨串 燒得岩岩好,雞軟骨大大粒,軟骨Q彈水潤,如果有窿邊就更佳。 羊肉串同樣軟腍有彈性,醃得幾入味,夠新鮮所以完全唔羶,我少食羊都覺得好味。

全晚最大驚喜就係黑椒豬爽肉串,三大塊厚切豬頸肉油脂甘香,表面微焦脆口,咀嚼下越覺鬆化有肉香,配啤酒一流。 由於太齒頰留香,已經諗定下次再黎直接叫半打豬爽肉串先夠過癮。 此時忍唔住多口問句老細有冇啤酒,原來仲未拎到酒牌,但對面就係便利店,老細都唔介意提議我地去買黎飲。

不得不讚串燒比一般食到既足料,絕對唔係用手指尾咁細既肉粒去敷衍客人,$60半打既價位物超所值,就算單叫串燒食到飽都輕鬆落到樓。

就係一份原條一開二咁霸氣,表面搽左少少醬油去燒,清甜之中又有咸香同焦香。  朋友怕痴牙,諗到不如自製粟米粒方便食,於是問老闆娘有冇餐刀。 見佢面有難色都知冇預刀俾客人用,等左一陣老闆娘好好咁拎左把佢地自用既刀仔黎,招呼周到。

其實我絕少同老細吹水,只係點餐同等食期間明顯感覺到呢度係老闊娘負責招待、老細主理廚房既夫妻小店,間中仲聽到窩心既一句「老公,飲多d水呀」。 當我循例相機食先既時候,老闆娘忽然笑笑口咁話我知邊個位光d會影得靚d,因為佢平時出去食野都會影相喎。

鋪頭細細只得幾台,就係一個行出行入間中會問你覺得好唔好食既家庭式溫馨格局。 岩岩開業一切仲摸索緊,老闆娘要湊B只可以間中黎幫輕下,平時只有老細一腳踢。 但我食得出個份即叫即製、唔會將貨就價既心意同熱誠,係冇大肆宣傳,但晚市都有附近街坊支持,證明有心自然有人會睇到。

燒多春魚($35/份),依個多春魚非常之扺食,一份有成8條咁多,雖然黎到既時候已經食到飽飽濟濟,但都覺得佢唔重口味得黎幾好食,扺叫!

整體黎講佢都算唔錯,幾好食又唔貴,又可以靜靜地坐下傾下計,依啲舖頭而家都比較難揾,個人認為,如果係兩個人食飯/食宵夜佢會係唔錯既選擇。

長沙灣小巷竟然開咗間新串燒,啱啱去朋友屋企嘅時候經過就拉咗佢落去食。串燒有好多種類,全部都即叫即燒,食得出佢用料好講究同埋好新鮮,不過可能啱啱開冇乜人知所以唔係好多人,但店主亦都好俾心機咁少俾我哋亦都有傾有講好Nice。用糯米粟的店真的不多,當正餐食又得,甜品食又得~魚鮫是永遠不能抗拒的食物~魚的油脂與肉的比例剛好,燒得亦恰到好處,送飯送酒都一流!不過懂得欣賞的人才會對牠著迷,下次到居酒屋不妨一試呀~牛舌份量十足。原條燒茄子很軟身入味!甜薯也是想不到有咁多粒~佢除咗有串燒之外仲有拉麵烏冬嗰啲,叫咗個烏冬試吓佢,最驚艷我的是佢個叉燒!不知有何秘訣呢?燒得微焦,仲有點甜甜的感覺~很嫩!叫左辣湯底,容不易就成碗食晒啦~

呢間串燒小店鋪面幾細下 枱數唔多 週日晚餐時間keep住有客 另外第一次見串燒一人店 即是一個人又負責煮又做樓面一脚踢 我諗應該小本經營 本小心思卻不少 都係一個適合人少少吹下水聚下既好地方 少少建議係每枱擺樽七味粉 方便食得辣既客自己加辣
