想簡簡單單食少少野,而咁岩又路過人和荳品廠,比啲煎豆腐既香味吸引,所以就去咗食呢間。我叫咗佢地既招牌魚肉煎豆腐($22) 同一杯黑芝麻豆漿($13)。個豆腐正正常常。我見到枱面上有淅醋、豉油、辣醬、甜醬、菜脯,所以就每隻都試下攞黎點豆腐食😂豉油同係最普通既配搭;菜脯就麻麻地,可能我唔係好鍾意菜脯既味;辣醬就有啲鹹,所以點少少已經夠;最令人驚喜既就係配淅醋,因為呢隻醋通常都係落落碗仔翅度,但原來配豆腐都好好食,真係發現新大陸!個黑芝麻豆漿就有啲似無咁杰既芝麻糊,甜度適中,有豆味,可以一試。個豆腐$22/4舊其實有啲貴,又唔可以話好好食,不過未食過既都可以試下。 continue reading

凍豆花 ($12) 份量剛好夠凍之餘黃糖仲任加唔嬲🤣我係由中學開始食豆腐花大既街市既豆品店、特式甜品舖、高級中菜廳既豆腐花都食過整體來講佢哋呢間唔算最出色但係呢種食碗豆腐花可以坐一陣休息吓再出發又有好多姐姐整緊煎釀三寶碗仔翅同燒賣呢種環境真係香港獨有保留左十幾廿年既文化係無可取代既👥講時講佢哋都唔只賣傳統冷熱豆腐花其實仲好多款式好似花奶口味、芒果、薑汁等等不過你問我既話我就覺得最傳統最單純既呢款已經係最好 continue reading
